Awkward
Fang and Iggy sat in the living room; the rest of the Flock had left to go do some errands and left these two to watch the house. Fang was playing Mario Cart with his lean back against the bottom of the tan couch. Iggy, however, played Pacman on his Nintendo DS, his feet on Fang's shoulders.
Silence except for the sounds of the games filled the room as the two won and lost at different levels. Finally, after playing for a while, Iggy put down his DS and sprawled out on the couch.
"I'm so bored…" He complained, staring at the ceiling out of boredom and kicked Fang in the head.
"And I don't care." Fang responded, his eyes never leaving the screen. Iggy sighed and moved his head near Fang's, resting his elbows on the edge of it.
"You're mean when you're focusing." Iggy commented, poking Fang on the cheek. Fang let out an irritable grumble but still didn't pay any attention to the blonde. Iggy kept poking his cheek, each time gaining an unpleasant response. The most interesting it got was when Fang smacked his hand away quickly before returning to the controller.
"Hmph, jerk." Iggy stuck his tongue out at Fang but still gained no glare of black eyes. There was only one thing to do in a serious case like this.
Iggy would just have to stare at him until he looked at him.
Widening his blue eyes, he stared down the olive skinned teenager. Nothing, he didn't even acknowledge he was staring at him. Iggy moved his face closer to Fang's, eyes widening to his full potential.
"Will you stop staring at me? It's weird." Fang complained, still not moving his eyes from the glow of the addiction called Mario Cart. Iggy gave no response; he just continued staring at his friend with wide foggy blue eyes.
"Seriously, Ig, knock it off." He grumbled, elbowing Iggy in the chest. The blonde just kept staring at him, staying silent the entire time. His plan of pissing off Fang was working and he could tell by the way the dark haired boy's jaw tightened.
That's when Iggy was tackled to the living room floor.
"I told you to knock it off!" Fang stared into Iggy's eyes, his face dead serious. Iggy just grinned like an idiot; accomplishment in his eyes from getting Fang to look away from the game. Iggy tried to move under Fang's tight grip but failed; having both his hands pinned above his head by one of Fang's hands.
"Temperamental Fnick!" Iggy teased, squirming his legs under Fang. The brunette put his knees around Iggy's hips, straddling him to the floor. Iggy glared up at him and a victory smirk rose on Fang's lips.
"I win, Blondie." He mocked, smacking Iggy's forehead with his free hand. And before Fang could get off him, there was giggling from the doorway.
"Just what are you two doing?" Max asked, her face looking like she had just seen a ghost. Nudge was covering Angel's eyes while laughing and Gazzy was busy banging his face into the wall.
"Wrestling!" Iggy declared, pulling his hands out from the darker haired boy's grip. Fang was too busy laughing to care about pinning down the blonde.
"Ig, that was more awkward than your stare!"
"And that's saying something!"
