Another one of my sudden OTPs... don't ask me why...

NOTE: I don't own the picture that will be used for my Sparrowshipping fics/drabbles.

We All Hurt At Times

"Kurosaki." the older teen looked up when his best friend's look-alike spoke to him. "I... we need to talk..."

"Do we?" he arched an eyebrow. "I don't think that there is anything to talk about... Yuto is practically gone but it's not your fault."

"You don't blame me?" Yuya asked quietly.

"Of course not." Shun replied. "I blame that other look-alike of yours... if it wasn't for him..." he growled. "... if it wasn't for this whole bloody war..." he fell silent when he suddenly felt the boy's arms around his neck. Narrowing his eyes, he tentively patted Yuya's hand. "... that is not your fault either."

"How come? It's all my fault... you being here, Yuzu's crash..."

"Neither of those are your fault." the older replied patiently. "The first to blame is the Academia and for the second, Sergey and the Security as a whole. Have you seen her?" he felt the other's hands thighen. So he didn't ...

"I ... only heard that she is alright." moments later, Yuya made himself comfy on Shun's protesting lap. "Hold me?"

Shun wanted to say no - he always felt like doing that it seems - but the look on the entertainer's face made him reconsider, strangely enough. Yuto had never made such a face and yet... he sighed, wrapping his arms around the boy in what was supposed to be a comforting hug.

"Close your eyes." he instructed. "I don't know why, but it hurts a bit less like that..."

Yuya nodded and did as told. The next few moments were calm and silent until the blonde woman announced the next match: Yuya vs Shinji.

As the younger teen forced himself out of the comforting arms and into the cold, shiver-inducing hallway, Shun wondered how he had even managed to enter his room without being caught.

He guessed that he would never find out.

Thank you :)
