The night was foggy and a cold chill crept over Harry as he walked through the trees.
It was late, extremely late, but he couldn't deny the screaming voice of his godfather off in the distance.
All harry thought about was getting to Sirius before it was too late.
He ran through the woods and upon coming to an open field the screams stopped short.
There in front of him lay a field and on that field was Harry's godfather.
Rushing up to see if Sirius was all right he found that he was too late, his only father like figure was gone forever.
Then things got increasingly worse. Behind him harry heard the familiar high-pitched cackle.
It was Voldemort back again for his last kill, Harry.
Harry went down to reach for his wand but it wasn't in his pocket, he realized it must have dropped somewhere in the forest. Without the slightest hope of escaping Harry sat there, unable to move.
Voldemort began to raise his arm for the most satisfying kill he would ever make.
Harry closed his eyes but when he felt the touch of a h
and on his shoulder he turned around to see...
"Harry . . . wake up." Harry slowly opened his eyes to see Lupin standing over him. "Are you all right?"
Harry looked around he was in a bed room full of old paintings.
"Yes I'm fine."
"Well you don't look fine . . . what did you dream about?" Lupin asked quizzically.
Harry wished he didn't have to tell lupin about his dream.
It was the same dream that had been haunting him all month, except he kept getting farther into the dream each night.
"I dreamed about.....riding....my...my..brooom...in the woods...yes riding my broom in the woods." Harry lied but he knew that lupin knew he was lying.
The only thing was that Lupin was nice enough not to pry, only if he knew it was probably harmless.
"Are you sure?" Lupin asked once more in hopes that Harry might slip something to give him a clue as to what he was going through.
It had been a month to the day since Sirius had fallen through the veil and even though the department of mysteries was trying their best to learn what the veil was, Lupin knew Harry was having dreams about Sirius.
I wish harry would be more honest with me, I know that it would make things a lot easier for the both of us.
Lupin thought.
"Yes." Harry answered quickly.
"Okay well, I'll leave you to you." Lupin answered with a smile. "Oh and lunch is in and an hour," he added before he went through the door.
