Author's Note: I wrote something like this for my old account, which I sadly cannot remember the information in order to log onto it. But this hit me as I was laying down to rest. Please enjoy this. It is my second time attempting poetry. This is suppose to be Snape's view of Lily's eyes.
Her Eyes
Oh her eyes, her beautiful eyes
The way they shine in the sun,
The way they darken when she's mad
Oh her eyes, her beautiful eyes.
I miss the way they lit up whenever we spoke to each other
How they told a story without any words
When they saw a person in need
And help them back onto their feet
Oh her eyes, her beautiful eyes.
She looks at him with such love
How I wish I were he
Then maybe she would look at me that way
But alas I have ruined my chance
My chance at holding her at night
At kissing her tears away
Oh her eyes, her beautiful eyes.
I dream of those eyes
The eyes that see no fault
Saw no fault
That now have an empty stare
Oh her eyes, her beautiful eyes.
Never to be seen again
For I was the one to put her in the grave
