A Story Worth Telling

Who am I? You sure you want to know? The story of my life is not for the faint of heart. If somebody said it was a happy little tale, if someone told you as was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world? Somebody lied. But let me assure you, this is like any story worth telling, is all about something so big that happened in someone's life. My life. My name...is Chase Parker.

"Did you forget anything? Extra underwear, boxer breifs, socks?" My mom asked.

"Yes mom! I got everything!" I said, as I finished zipping up my backup.

"I never thought I'd see this day coming so soon!" She said, almost crying.

"Come on, mom! Don't cry! I'm 10 now, and I'm going to be a pokemon trainer!" I exclaimed.

"That's my boy!" She said, starting to cheer up.

I left the house with a backpack on my back, a cellphone in my pocket, a somewhat stack of cash from my dad, and 6 pokeballs attached to my belt. All empty though.

"Well, here goes nothing." I said, as I finally stepped into the forest.

- Time Skip - 7 Years. -

"CANNON-BALL!" I shouted, as I cannon-balled head-on in the pool.

It had been 7 years since I started my pokemon journey. About a year ago, I decided to retire from being a trainer after I beat Elite Four and The Champion. So I bought a house in a city called Mistfall. It's a pretty nice place, nice neighbors, and pretty quiet. I still train with my pokemon, though. My pokemon are a Typhlosion named Heatblast, a Dragonite named Hazard, a Garchomp named Royal Pain (Yeah, I know.), an Electivire named Shocker, and a Lucario named Bob. No scratch that, I meant Blade. I don't have a sixth pokemonm but I still keep the pokeball as a memory of my adventures.

"So it's been a full year since we retired hasn't it Chase?" Shocker said.

" I guess it has!" I shouted to him, whos on the otherside of the pool.

"Ugh, I feel so old now that I think about it..." Bob- I meant Blade said.

Suddenly, a flash made us all hide our eyes with our arms.

"What the hell is that?! I can't see!" Hazard said.

"Probably the sun moving." Royal Pain said sarcastically.

"Everyone get in the pool!" I shouted!

We all jumped in and looked at each other, then we tried finding the source of the light. Suddenly, we saw what appeared to be a silhouette of a dragon.

"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-" Heatblast said, as we all trembled beneath the seemingly giant silhouette. Except Royal Pain, who stood there trying to look cool.

Well, I'm done for the day. Expect updates soon, because I don't usually forget about stories.
