This is the second poem of mine I have ever posted, thank you to those who liked my first poem (falling apart) and reviewed it (even if it was very few reviews). This poem I feel connects to Hiei, even if its just a small connection, it reminds me of how Hiei was abandoned. I hope you all enjoy this poem, I dont own Yu Yu Hakusho though I wish I did.
Tittle: The Darkness is My Escape, but it is also My Captor.
The light I need I can never find,
I realize now, that you're all blind.
Their is no light, we are surrounded by hate.
These are the only true words I will ever state.
The lies we tell, are all the same.
We tell them so only we may gain.
No one is selfless,
no one will care,
in real life, no one is dear!
If you leave or disappear,
to me, your really just the air.
In the end your only but a memory,
just like a childs forgotten book of storys.
A fairy tale is all we are,
the light we need is much to far.
Now I have fallen to the darkness.
My hobby now is to bring great torment
It is what brings me my great enjoyment
I no longer care for your fears,
I will laugh at all your tears.
I have turned bitter, but that's alright
because I'm better now in every fight.
So now its time for all to pay,
because love is gone and hates to stay.
