"I'm recording!" Greg yelled from the porch; he was holding a video camera.
"Thanks, dad!" Steven yelled as Lapis Lazuli grabbed him and took him back down to the beach.
Pearl and Peridot were on a tablet scrolling through a list of songs while Bismuth, Garnet, Amethyst, and Connie were sitting on the sidelines and watching. Yellow, Blue, and White Diamond were standing together on the beach, each holding a giant-sized microphone Bismuth had made just for them and looking rather nervous.
"Oh, oh! How about this one?" Pearl said as she stopped scrolling.
"Oooh! That's a good one. And it's a threesome; that makes it even better!" Peridot exclaimed with a grin. "Let's do it."
Pearl touched the tablet screen and selected the song.
"Are you sure about this, Steven?" Yellow Diamond asked.
"Come on, Yellow. Karaoke is super fun. You'll love it, trust me." Steven said with a smile.
"I hope you're right." Blue muttered.
"Me too." White added.
Pearl and Peridot stood up, held hands, their gems glowed, and they made a large screen appeared in front of the three massive gems. They gave Sadie and her band a thumbs-up before Sour Cream started to play the song "Dancing Queen" by Abba. He waved.
"So what exactly are we supposed to do again?" White asked.
"Just sing the lyrics on the screen. Don't worry, guys; you'll do great. Have fun!" Steven yelled as he joined Connie, Garnet, Bismuth, and Amethyst; Lapis quickly followed.
"Okay."
The three Diamonds looked at each other and nodded their heads before they each took a deep breath and began to sing.
"Ooh" They started.

Everyone on the beach cheered and clapped their hands in applause. All three Diamonds blushed and smiled.
"Oh goodness, what a finale!" Pearl exclaimed as she and Peridot turned off the screen.

"Indeed." Yellow commented.
"Very fun." Blue added.
"See? I told you you'd like it!" Steven beamed.
"You three really are Dancing Queens! You should form a band!" Greg called from the porch, still holding the camera.
"You guys are karaoke beasts!" Amethyst yelled.
"You three were on fire!" Bismuth added.
"What a performance!" Lapis cried.
"Whooo, great job!" Garnet said with a smile.
"Yeah! Go, Diamonds!" Connie exclaimed.
"Thank you, everyone." Yellow chuckled embarrassedly.
"Yes, thank you all." White proudly added.
"Thank you so much." Blue giggled before the song started to play again; everyone looked in the direction of Sadie and her band in confusion.
Steven then ran over to Sour Cream and asked, "What's going on?"
"Sorry, Steven. I must've hit the loop button by accident." Sour Cream said.
"And you know how it is with loops." Sadie said with a shrug of her shoulders.
"…Encore!" Blue cheered, eager to start again; Yellow and White grinned in excitement as Steven and the other Gems laughed.
