(The Opening credits begin, as the Camera moves around New York City viewing over several landmarks, and crime sprees.)
(During the opening credits, several bandits were shown, conducting raids against multiple citizens, until all of a sudden a chain whacks the thugs, from out of the blue, and yanks their bags of valuables up towards one of the nearby rooftops, where a armored turtle like being is shown snatching the bag where the screen pauses for a few seconds revealing the name "Raphael", as he leaps down and attacks the thieves, noticing some of them unconscious and forcing most of them to run in terror.)
(Camera then switches to the Sewer lair, where dozens of TV monitoring screens were revealing New York streets, as news articles and TV stories of the Night Watcher's return, was being watched by a being in a chair, where a turtle like hand grabs a soda and is seen moving up to his lips where he is seen drinking it. Camera zooms out to reveal a Turtle with a Purple head band, where the screen pauses and the name "Donatello" is revealed.)
(An error occurs on the Monitors, as Donatello places down the soda, and begins to work on the Monitors at fast speed, as Camera moves through a hole in the wall, and into a Meditation room, where the back of a Turtle with 2 Katana blades is shown kneeling down meditating in the center of the room. Camera rotates around the turtle ascending itself to reveal his face. With his eyes being covered by a blue headband, His eyes open up and the screen pauses revealing the name "Leonardo")
(Leonardo leaps into the air and conducts a flip, drawing out his blades, and the scene of him being in the meditation room, then changed into him attacking wooden training logs, where an elderly rat is shown operating them. The Screen pauses as Leonardo destroys one of the wooden planks, where the face of the rat is shown, and the name is revealed to be "Splinter" The scene resumes as debris falls everywhere, and both Leonardo and Master Splinter share a bow, as the Camera then ascends upwards back to the surface.)
(On the Surface, a figure riding on what appears to be a skateboard is shown zooming down the sidewalk, grinding on several railings fixed on the city, and leaping off into the air conducting a forward slip, before landing on his two feet in range of a single lamp. the Figure then catches the skateboard and looks into the camera, giving a thumbs up, where the head band that the Turtle is wearing is revealed to be Orange, where as the name "Michelangelo" is shown after the screen had paused. The Camera then moves forward passed Michelangelo's face as it moves at fast speed through a blackened New York City alleyway and stops in front of a pier on the New York docks, where Purple dragons are shown to be holding an innocent women at gunpoint.)
(Camera zooms to under the water, as another turtle like figure, possessing two Katana's, was shown swimming towards the surface at fast speed. Just as the Purple dragons were about to run the young women into the water, the Turtle figure leaps out of the water in the moonlight, where he is revealed to be wearing a tan head band, as the scene pauses with the water in the background, revealing the Turtle to be "Rivera" The Purple Dragons fire upon the Turtle but Rivera slices most of the guns in half destroying most of them and sending some of the thugs into the water itself, then going as far as to grabbing the shocked women, by the arm and leaping onto a nearby balcony, where he knocked on the window and left her to the residents to get her to safety. The Purple Dragons were then shown on the run, as Rivera leaps on the rooftops after them, then leaps down and sends a kick to the screen as it goes black.)
(The Title Screen "TMNT 2" Is revealed, as the Opening credits comes to an end.)
(Screen opens up as Camera Cranes up to a building.)
RAPH: Okay Leo I'll Bite What Are We Doing Up Here?
LEONARDO: I told Splinter That I would get this Team In Shape again. It's time we try and conduct more training, as we haven't been doing so in a while.
MICHELANGELO: Hey man, I've Been Training. Since you left, my video game scores have like doubled.
RIVERA:*Twirls Swords Around* No One Cares.
MICHELANGELO: *Chuckles* Rivera is just mad because last night I beat him like 7 times at Space Invader.
RIVERA: You're a Liar!. *Points at Mikey's Nose*
LEONARDO: Right. And while you have been playing games little brother this Night Watcher character has managed to return to the neighborhood like some kind of visual ante show boat *Turns to Ralph* I hope it's not you again Ralph..
RAPH: Hey! you went a wall Leo and the Nightwatcher was the only guy to pick up the slack* Jumps To Leo's Level* I promised I wouldn't be the Watcher again, and I kept it.
RIVERA: So what dose that have to do with anything Raph? All You do is sleep all day.
DONATELLO: It's true.
MICHELANGELO: I heard that since that guy returned, his bike turns into some sort of plane or jet pack, *Dangles Upside down* Hey Don you're so smart, why don't we have jet packs?
RIVERA: Here We Go Again.
DONATELLO: Yeah that's good Mikey, I don't even trust you with a driver's license. Besides, you already said that quote last year and-
(A roar is heard in the distance.)
(Mikey Freaks out and falls.)
MICHELANGELO: Whoa.
(Turtles rush towards the Edge.)
MICHELANGELO: Ha Ho someone is having a bad night or something.
(A Construction Site Is Shown. The roar Is Heard Again.)
RIVERA: Whatever is up there must really be mad.
(Raph smirks and leaps on the edge before jumping off)
RAPH: Okay Jungle Boy. Grab a vine. *Jumps Off Roof*
LEONARDO: Raph Wait! How many times do I gotta tell you, Splinter Told Us Not To Fight!
RIVERA: OH yeah like he is going to listen.
MICHELANGELO: *Chuckles* Jungle Boy Good One.
(Donny Mikey and Rivera jump off after Raph.)
(Leo Sighs and Follows his brothers.)
(The Turtles are Walking On a Crane Towards the construction Site Monument. Raph Is in the lead.)
LEONARDO: Alright! but remember we're only up here for training.
MICHELANGELO: You know what I always say dude, train by doing it dude. *Jumps Over Cable*
DONATELLO: Mikey where do you come up with these ridiculous words? *Jumps Over Cable*
RIVERA: Honestly sometimes I have no Idea what he is talking about. *Jumps Over Cable*
(Leo runs into Camera. Turtles are shown climbing the construction monument. Raph is still in the lead.)
RAPH: *Sniffs Air* Wooo You smell that? it's like a monkey cage up here.
(Turtles reach their level to find the FOOT fighting against a huge hairy beast.)
RAPH: Whoa.
(Monster Punch's FOOT Ninja sending him falling near camera.)
MICHELANGELO: Well the good news is that their is a bunch of foot ninjas getting the snot kicked out of them.
(Beast slams FOOT Ninja against the ceiling then swats two more out of the way.)
(Karai jumps to attack, but gets pushed away by the beast. along with a couple of other FOOT ninjas)
(Beast Roars.)
DONNY: Yeah the and the bad news is, is that this thing is going to run out of bodies soon.
RIVERA: No kidding.
(Leo however takes a good look, as something jogged in his memory, but he quickly shook it off, believing it to be impossible.)
RIVERA: Something up Leo?
LEONARDO: I don't know why, but I felt I've seen this before, Last year in 2007.
RIVERA: You sure about that?
LEONARDO: *Thinks Hard.* I don't remember, It's probably nothing.
(Rivera, Mikey and Donny Dodge a flying FOOT Ninja.)
MIKEY: *Picking off from Donny's words* Yeah so, you think we should help these guys. I'd rather enjoy the show.
RIVERA: You're unbelievable you know that?
MICHELANGELO:*To Leo* What do you say? Fearless leader.
(Before Leo can speak he is cut off by Raph.)
RAPH: I say we stop talking! *Draws Sais* AAAAGGGHH!
(Raph Rushes into Camera.)
(Rivera, Donny and Mikey Follow.)
MICHELANGELO: YAAA HOO!
(Leo follows.)
(Beast swats 3 more FOOT ninjas Out of his Way, but Raph kicks the monster in the chest.)
(Beast Roars and sends a slam. Raph dodges.)
(Mikey kick's beast in the head.)
MICHELANGELO: Come here fuzzy wuzzy.
(Mikey Dodges the beast's swat attack.)
(Rivera strikes the beast in the arm with his swords while Donny strikes the monster in the chest with his Bo staff.)
(The Beast roars and sends a slam down on the group, as the Turtles Dodge.)
(Leo watches as his brothers fight the beast, but a young Woman in a black foot type cloak comes at him with major hostility.)
WOMEN: YOU!
(Leo doges the Women's Sword As best as he can.)
LEONARDO: I think... You're.. getting off... on the wrong foot here.
(The Women sends her sword down at Leo, but Leo stops it.)
LEONARDO: We're trying to help you.
WOMEN: *Angry* Never!
(Leo throws Sword from his grip. Karai jumps back a couple of feet.)
(Leo prepares to fight.)
WOMEN: *To Remaining Foot Ninjas* Tin Sitcha!
(The Unidentified Women, along with the remaining FOOT ninjas jump off the Construction Monument.)
LEONARDO: Wait! the Monster crisis last year ended! Why are you still angry at us!
(Leo looks in confusion.)
(The beast is shown from behind Leo, the turtles are getting clobbered.)
RAPH: YO A Little Help O Fearless One!
(Rivera sends his swords down towards beast's head, but is swat away along with Mikey and Donny, as they both land into a pile of lumber and tool parts.)
(Raph sends a kick at Beast's chest sending him falling down into the elevator shaft.)
RAPH: *Jumps Over Elevator Shaft.* That was too easy.
(The beast soon breaks from underneath the floor and roars in front of Raph viciously.)
RAPH: I just had to open my mouth.
(Beast Swats Raph all the way across the construction monument and into a iron bar.)
(Raph growls with anger.)
RAPH:*Angry* Bad dog!
(The beast roars as it turns towards the two other Turtles Mikey and Donny as they charge the creature and lounge themselves into the Beast's Chest. Rivera comes from out of nowhere and kicks it in the chin.)
(The beast swats the turtles away again.)
(Donny slides and falls in the elevator shaft. his Bo staff stops his drop.)
DONATELLO: AGGH! Help! Look At Me Down In The Elevator!
(Leo jumps onto the back of the beast, and starts attacking its head.)
(The beast tries to shake Leo Off. The Beast jumps and rolls like a bowling ball and strikes Rivera, Mikey and Donny.)
RIVERA: Yaaaghh!
(The five of them crash through a weakened part of the floor. breaking towards the ground levels one floor at a time.)
MICHELANGELO: Ow My Shoulder! *Crashes through the other floor* My Spleen!
(Raph jumps from construction monument following them in free fall.)
(Raph falls faster than the five. then collides his Sais with an Elevator cable that lead him to the bottom floor.)
(Raph looks up at the ceiling as Rivera, Mikey, Leo and Donny along with the beast comes crashing through.)
(Leo, Rivera, Mikey, and Donny regroup with Raph.)
RAPH: I always knew this place needed a sky light.
(The Beast roars while approaching the turtles. Turtles draw out their weapons, and begin walking backwards.)
(Raph looks behind Camera zooms out revealing a pit of sharp razor like metal piping.)
MIKEY: This Is why we need jet packs.
RIVERA: Any Ideas?
DONATELLO: Okay any more bright Ideas.
RIVERA:*Angry* I just said that!
MICHELANGELO: Yes *Jumps into Donny's arms*
MICHELANGELO
and
DONATELLO:AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHH!
(Beast roars.)
(Debris from the upper levels of the construction monument and bury the turtles.)
DONATELLO: When this is over I'm totally calling the architect.
(The beast turns.)
(Four alien like warriors are shown walking towards the beast. The Beast growls and jumps to their level.)
(Alien warriors over power beast and throw it to the ground, and with some sort of plasma particle type gune, stuns it.)
(The Turtles finally get free from the debris only to find out that the beast has disappeared.)
RIVERA: What the Shell?
DONATELLO: How can something that big just disappear I mean it's...
(Police sirens are heard coming their way.)
DONATELLO: Ugh oh.
RIVERA: Busted.
MICHELANGELO: Dude it's the cops.
(Turtles run and jump their way out of the Construction Site and backonto the street.)
(Donny opens up a manhole. Rivera, and Mikey jump sees a mysterious truck escaping down the street.)
LEONARDO: Raph?
(Raph still doesn't move.)
LEONARDO: RAPH!
(Raph growls then follows Leo into Sewer. Donny jumps in last and seals man hole cover.)
(A police car races over manhole cover. Mikey slowly takes a peak.)
MICHELANGELO: ho ho Yeah the turtles are back dudes. Ha ha ha... I'd give us a 10 for style an 8 for skill and a, *Sees part of the Construction Monument crumble.* A 2 for Stealth.
RIVERA: Will you Come On!
MICHELANGELO: WHOA!
(Rivera and Mikey follow Leo, Raph and Donny down the sewers.)
(The camera elevates itself to the sky where what appears to be a white lit object flies up at fast speed toward the blackened skies above and disappearing out of sight, before the authorities were able to make it to the scene.)
(Scene changes to Earth's orbit as the white Light soon flies away from the Planet at fast speed, but then comes into contact on what appears to be a giant Space station coming out of Hyperspace and slowly making its way towards the Planet's orbit. The ship then lands on board the hanger, as the Alien warriors that had just been sent to scout out the planet, exit the shuttle with the beast in a forcefield cage.)
(A shadow of what appears to be a superior commander is shown on the ground, as the aliens approach it and bow down before him.)
ALIEN WARRIOR #2: We have conducted our search for a planet to harvest beings for war, this creature was found on the surface below, and according to our computers, there are many more, and the Human female that were are working with, has agreed to aide us in our cause.
(Footsteps can be heard as the camera pans over to the left , where what appears to be 2 armored feet step in view, as the camera ascends upwards revealing the mouth of an alien like humanoid robotic type creature.)
LEAD ALIEN: Excellent, bring her in...
(The Alien Warriors, step aside as the women that was leading the Foot soldiers in the attack, walks out of the shuttle, followed by several Foot Soldiers that was right behind her, and she removes her cloak, revealing herself to be Kari.)
(The mouth of the Lead Alien grins as his teeth are shown, revealing a creepy wide grin as the scene fades to black.)
