Our Love is Sempiternal

Amber Greene is a 16 year old girl who just wants to find her place in the world. She does fairly well in school, but she has no friends. To her, music is her friend. One of her favorite bands is Bring Me The Horizon. She desperately needs to meet them, but she doesn't have enough money. What will happen when Oli walks into the record store where she works?

I'm not your typical teenage girl. Or at least what people think a teenage girl acts and looks like.

I don't go out every Friday or Saturday night to party. I don't drink. I don't wear short skirts or high heels. And I certainly don't listen to the Top 40 hits.

I have (at the most) two friends. I am always listening to music. I wear jeans and t-shirts almost every day. I love to read and write.

Oh, and I work at a record store. Some might say it's not the coolest job in the world, but I think that it is really fun to work there. My mom got me a record player for my 16th birthday, after a few years of me bugging her to get me one. I actually have a huge collection of records at my house, which I'm kind of proud of.

Anyway, sometimes I wish that I could afford to go to concerts. I do work, but that is to help get dinner on the table. I don't have extra spending money to use on stuff I want. If I ever got the chance to meet Bring Me The Horizon, I would be so happy.
