Silence filled the TARDIS, even her humming had died down to a whisper in the Doctor's ear. Said Time Lord was currently sitting on the driver's seat, in his hands was a slightly crumpled pink photo album. The photo album contained memories of his past selves. The Doctor sat staring at the small pink book, debating whether he should open it and remember all of the amazing people he had traveled with as his tenth self, even if he could never forget them in the first place.

"They're all gone... They all have their own lives now, and I don't play any part in it," he closed his eyes and breathed a heavy sigh. Bracing

himself, he opened the pink cover to the first page. He slowly opened his eyes and he smiled despite himself.

The first page of pictures involved him, as his tenth self, and Rose at a carnival on Pluto in the year 5029. The first picture was of them eating ice-cream, Rose was laughing at him because he had a large dollop of banana ice-cream and a few sprinkles on the end of his nose.

The Doctor smiled down at the fond memories and skipped a few pages, stopping at a double page full of pictures of him and Martha. They were visiting Greece at the first Olympic games, unfortunately they weren't allowed in because Martha's female, which is a stupid reason mind you, but they still had a fantastic day sightseeing They got a few good shots of the temples and statues before they were asked to leave because of the Doctor's antics. It was fun whilst it lasted though.

The Doctor did the same as before and passed over a few pages before stopping at another double page, this time it consisted of him and Donna, one of the pages had pictures of them at a football match, and the other held pictures of them lounging in the TARDIS's media room watching an old black and white movie. The Doctor smiled gently and ran his fingers over an image of them, outlining Donna's figure. There was popcorn littered all over the sofa, some had even managed to get stuck in their hair, a few pieces had sneakily dug their way down Donna's top! The audacity!

A lump appeared in his throat and tears threatened to leak down his face, his lips quivered as he went through more of the photos containing Donna. In all of them she was smiling joyfully, generally it was at something silly he was doing.

His favourite photo was on the last page of the book. Donna was sitting on the library, curled up on one of the many sofas, her hair was in a loose bun, she was wearing a pair of lilac pajamas and a pair of fluffy slippers. She was reading a special edition of 'The Man in the Brown Suit' by Agatha Christie. The Doctor grinned and pulled the photo out of it's plastic wallet.

His grin only grew as he continued to look at the photo, not realizing there was a consistent flow of tears running down his face until a sob trembled his body. Eventually he put the picture in his breast pocket so that Donna would always be close to his hearts. The Doctor stood up and marched, with the album under his arm, until he stopped outside his room, he opened the door and sauntered in, before gently closing it. He flopped down onto his bed, suddenly feeling very tired.

Ultimately the Doctor fells asleep that way, crying and thoughts of the brilliant ginger woman Donna Noble, who lurked in to his dreams.
