It was his favorite time of day: lunch time. Lunch was always an adventure for the young Slifer, figuratively and literally. But today wasn't Mystery Sandwich Day and thank goodness; Jaden wasn't up to the task of hunting down the magical Eggwhich again. In fact, today was even better. Today was Cheetoes Day. Cheetoes were the perfect combination of corn and cheddar cheese. And nobody would stand in Jaden's way when it came to that red and orange bag of greatness. Not Zane, Chazz, Alexis, Chumley, Crowler, or even Syrus could stop him. So when Jaden hit the chip box, his mouth dropped in horror to see his delicious escape replaced by nasty baby carrot bags.
