Harvey entered the firm and he thought everyone was staring at him and well, they were. It was the first time in almost two weeks anyone besides Donna saw him and damn, the guy was a mess. Yes his suit and hair looks exactly the same but there was something on his face, it was obvious that he hadn't had so much sleep in a while, there were dark circles under his eyes and there was just something in his eyes but overall there was this little thing that was new the most. Harvey entered the firm that day, at the same time as always, wearing his suit and hair like always only this time; instead of carrying his briefcase he was carrying a baby carrier in one hand and a baby bag in his other.

So because "everyone" was staring at him, he went straight to his office past Louis, avoiding any sarcastic remarks on his choice of footwear for the day past Donna's desk avoiding any sarcastic remarks at all. Not for long, because as soon as he got in and placed the baby carrier on the floor in front of his couch the redhead made an appearance.

"He's not a think you just put on the floor, you know?" She said. "Harvey" She continued when he looked at her with a confused expression- "put that baby on the couch not on the floor".

"I don't know what else to do Donna" –he said while opening her, "I literally have no idea what am I doing".

"Well, for instance, what is he wearing?" she said taking a beautiful blond baby on her arms. He was dressed in some sort of onesie that was way too small for his size and way to…dirty.

"Well, that was the last bit of clothing that came in the bag that is not vomited on or wet" Harvey said, pacing around his office.

"You haven't shopped? Harvey what are you doing here? Why did you ask me to confirm you appointments or today?"

"Because Donna I'm losing my mind it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't heard from her…or anyone for that matter"

And it had indeed been exactly ten days. Ten days since he got a call, THE call, from child services saying that he should go and pick up his son, otherwise he was going into the system. Of course Harvey thought it was some sort of mistake or joke but after the third call he decided to go himself to clear everything up, just to find, to his surprise a beautiful blue-eyes baby boy, around six months old crying in the arms of his caretaker.

The boy, the social worker said cam with two notes. One for social services, indicating who his father is and how to contact him and the other one, for both Harvey and the baby. The baby's mom name was Nicole, she was a beautiful blond Harvey picked up at a bar around a year ago (one year and three months to be exact) for a one night stand which turned out to be a three night stand. She was gorgeous and funny and very smart, but too much of a free spirit to be a keeper, and Harvey being who he is didn't think twice before letting her go. And now, there he was. A year later holding a letter that was changing his entire world and a baby who wouldn't just stop crying.

It took child services to clear everything up and give the final verdict, which was that Harvey was going home that night with a baby on his arms.
