Demelza sat down, and noticed that Ross was walking towards her. "There is something I need to tell you Demelza"
He sat down and put his face in hands. "I met Elizabeth, when I went to visit Aunt Agatha's grave"
"What happened?" Demelza asked.
Ross paused for a moment not sure where to start. He ignored her question "I love her Demelza, but not the way I once did, because of you"
"You have changed me Demelza for the better, you have redeemed me" he continued.
Ross moved closer to her and held her hands. "But my love, there is one more thing I must say"
Demelza realised that his grip had got stronger on her hands.
"I kissed Elizabeth..but I regretted it.. I regret it" Ross said.
Demelza looked down at him, he was looking worried. He was worried that by what he said he was going to lose her again.
Demelza please forgive me for everything I have done to you" Ross said

"Demelza please say something"

But that didnt matter. What did is that Demelza and him were happy together. "Nothing will ever come between us again" Ross said
Demelza smiled and hugged Ross. "Not even Hugh Armitage"
"Not even Hugh Armitage" Ross said as he grimaced at the name.
