Remus is back. Finally, he looks weary. Probably hasn't eaten in days. Sirius is glad to see that Remus came back, came back to Grimmauld place. He transforms, looks up and smiles. He feels happy and for a moment hemisses his tail. 'he's home!' He takes two steps and embraces Remus like a lover.
He sees Sirius getting up, flashes a nervous smile. Sirius smells awful, probably hasn't bathed in days. He wants to turn away but is afraid to. He settles for the hug and gently pushes Sirius away. "I've missed you."
An awkward pause. They laugh. They've got a new chance.
