I Will Never Leave You
The Survey Corps entered the village after their recent mission. Everyone's face dark and gloomy. Akari was sitting on her horse, her hair covering her face, trying to hide behind her hood. Armin glanced behind him to see Akari crying. He turned back trying not to cry too.
They reached HQ and started caring for the horses. Armin walking his horse over by Akari.
"Akari," He whispered. She choked back her tears and looked up at him with a smile.
"Hi, Armin," She waved.
"Are you ok?" He asked.
"Of course, why wouldn't I be?" She smiled.
She's trying her best to keep her tears in," Armin thought. "Seika" He muttered
Akari tears spilled out as she silently cried. He pulled her into a hug and let her cry into his chest.
"If only I was faster, then she wouldn't have been crushed. She was the who helped me through everything. Losing my family, having to live in a different district, training….. everything," Akari cried. Armin hugged her tighter, rubbing her back trying to comfort her.
"Don't blame yourself. The titan was too fast," Armin whispered in her ear. Akari looked up at him with her teary eyes.
"Please you won't leave me too," She squeaked. Armin smiled gently at her. He tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, leaned down and kissed her. After a few seconds him pulled away and whispered "I will never leave you,"
