Oh the sorrow as the innocence fades
killing the child
altering the relation of love
the parent shall watch, pained and saddened
Innocence is the forgotten
the forgotten is no more
stealing the innocence
It creates the darker being of man.
Though this is not the end of the life
It persists through the darkness
