"Princess, your father is requesting a meeting with you and your brother"

"Tell him I'll be there go find sokka" Katara said kinda of boredly and bitterly. Of course when you're a princess of a tribe, all you have to do is go to the meeting and that's it right? Nothing wrong wit that. Oh well… nothing could be worse than this right? WRONG! For being a princess you have to get a husband and kids to someone who you don't even know that well. And it might be some drunk or another prince.

Katara and sokka both walked down to meant there father in the main room.

All they both wanted to do was leave they know what there going to discuss and it was just going to end badly. But they had no choice.

"Welcome katara and sokka" Hakoda said greeting them

"Hi dad" they both said at the same time

"Now you both know since your mother died, its just us three of us and it's almost katara's 16 birthday and it time for her to choose a man that she will marry."

Of course, it was all about her marrying a man she hates. Her dad never see's the problem with that. She hates fighting with her dad about this, she wants to marry someone she likes not some drunk who just wants to have sex because her figure is nice or some prince that wants the power, or just plain both witch is worse.

"Dad, I told you already I don't want to get married yet! This is not fair that I have to marry someone you choose, I don't want this.. not yet I haven't found anyone I truly love!" Katara couldn't help but yell at her selfish dad. Sokka had no say in this, he always went along what his dad said but always agreed with katara. There was no reason for him to stay but he usually just came for the buffet. (A/n: classic sokka)

"Katara I don't care if you don't love this man we need a new king after sokka!"

"It's always the same with you dad, you got to love someone, mom meant everything to you and you pretend she doesn't exits, I liked it better around here when someone could at least give me adivce or understands where im coming from, but you just yell in my face and tell me whet I should do!"

"Don't yell at your father like that, I'm just looking for the best of our tribe!"

"Well what about me, im not going to be happy on whoever you choose" With those words katara left the main room, leaving sokka and hakoda staring at her.

"Sokka where did I go wrong?"

"Uh Dad, you really got to give katara to think on what she wants but you kinda of harsh when it comes to this problem, maybe she's to young for this?"

Hakoda just glared at his son. "Ok got it, I'll leave" Sokka ran out of the room as fast as he can not looking back.

Katara's P.O.V

Why does he have to do this? I don't care if im making him happy or not but I don't want to go though this. Being this princess who has to fallow my daddy's orders it just sucks!

"Well hows the grumpy sugar queen?"

"Shut it toph! Not in the mood!" Toph was a runaway and My best friend. But sometimes can get annoying at times. But its toph!

"Ok jeez, so what happened at the meeting? Telling your dad off again?"

"Uh he wants me to marry either a drunk or a prince boy"

"Wow that's tough, hey if you want a guy so bad then why don't we just sneak out to have some girl fun and get a couple of guys while were at it" Toph said in a kinda of sly way

"Will it bother my dad?"

"Yes"

"Ok lets do this" Katara said smirking
