There's sounds of cars passing by and drivers shouting at people to get off the road. Yep, Bludhaven as usual. I'm sitting on one of the high office building peering down, watching out for trouble. I sigh. Nothing. How come know one robs a bank when I want them too. "Ahhhh!" I hear a scream in the distance. 'Yes some action'. I know I am suppose to be concerned for the victim but, I have been sitting there for hours.
There are three men cornering a woman. "C'mon now, little lady, I just want to make your Valentines a special one" one of them say. "Stay away from me" she screeches. "If this is how you try to get a girl, than you are a lot more stupid than I thought" I jump down from the fire escape, taking out my ecrisma-sticks. " Uh guys, thats Nightwing, c'mon lets get out of here" one says. They make a dash for it, cowards. "Are you alright Miss?" I ask the girl while helping her up. "Yes fine, thank you. And to show you I am really thankful..." She leans in to kiss me. "Sorry I have a Girlfriend" I Reply emotionless. "Oh and where is she on Valentines Day, She doesn't have to know" She leans in again. I push her back and jump up to the roof of the building. 'Why does every girl want to kiss me even though I tell them I have a girlfriend.'

My phone rings. Who could be calling at this hour? I see the ID. I smile. "Hey beautiful, I will be home soon so don't worry" I answer. "Alright, just checking in case you got kidnapped, or something. I will have your dinner ready when you get back, ok?" "Sounds great Zee, see you in a bit, love you" "Love you too, Boy Wonder" I am already jumping from rooftop, to rooftop. I stop by the flower shop. I see a bunch of roses, lileys and asters. I buy a bouquet of flowers for Zee. Then I head on home
My Apartment 00:24
I climbed in through the window. "Zee?!" I called. "In the kitchen Dick!" I walk in and see her back towards me. I go up behind her and put my hands on her waist and kiss her neck. "Dick stop, your dinner will be ruined" She warns me. "Happy Valentines Day, Zee" I give her the flowers, and kiss her forehead. "Oh Dick, they're lovely" she walks over to the kitchen table and puts them in a vase. I sit down and eat Zatanna's tasty Pasta and Meatballs. "So how was Roy" she asks. I sigh. "Not good Zee. He so determined to find the real Roy Harper." I run a hand through my hair. " Anyway, what about you Zee, Hows was your day?" I asked. She froze. "Zee?" I get up and walk over to her, shaking her slightly. "Zee is everything Ok?" She looks up there are tears in her eyes.
"Zee, tell me what's wrong. Did someone hurt you? Because if they did..." "No Dick, no one hurt me" She takes a deep breath. " Dick, there is something I wanted to tell you for awhile now" she says nervously. "You love right, and you would never leave me, right?"I nod. Of course I would never leave her, she is everything to me.
"Ok, Here goes, Dick I'm...pregnant." Did I just hear her right, Pregnant? I am gonna be a father. "Dick are you ok, look I know it's a big thing bu-mpph!" I kiss her passionately. She warps her arms around my neck. She lets out a surprised gasp as I lift her Bridal style into my arms. "Zee I love you, and I wouldn't have anybody else carry my child" I tell her "Really?" She asks softly. "Absolutely"
I go to bed that night whispering sweet nothings and promises in her ear. Promising that, I would never leave her or their son or daughter. Zatanna's head is on my chest when I hear soft, little snores. She is fast asleep. I start to fall asleep dreaming about our little baby. Our little Robin.
