Hey guys, just a quick One-Shot on how Jay and Gloria met. Please Read and Review.
Jay sat at the bar. He'd had a long day. Some orders had gone wrong in a warehouse and he had a lot of backlash from it. He ordered himself a steak, and chewed away his frustration. Needing to escape his own inner demons, his eyes were drawn to two beautiful Latin women across the bar. He could only see the face of one. Beautiful she was. The other, well he could just see some brunette locks, long and luxurious.
He was so fascinated that he didn't see the waiter offer him a dessert menu.
"SIR" the waiter asked louder this time, forcing Jay to jump back into reality
"Sorry, I'll have the cheesecake, and can you send a piece of pie over to the ladies on that table please" he asked, returning his gaze to the girls.
The one facing jay left, as the waiter brought out the pie. Jay tucked into his cheesecake as the other one turned straight to look at Jay. He stopped eating mid bite. She was stunning. Admittedly her friend, sister...Whoever the other one was, was attractive but she was breath-taking. She stood up and started walking over to him.
"You think you can buy me with a piece of pie?" She yelled
"No I was only being nice" Jay replied innocently. She slammed her hand down on the table and Jay jumped
"Oh...Well let me tell you one thing Mister...I cannot be bought. Now I will eat that pie, but don't think it is because of you. I'm doing it because I'm hungry" She said. Jay couldn't help but smile.
"Well, if you want to eat it, I have a spare seat on my table. I mean, why not share tables so we don't eat alone?" he asked. The woman cocked an eyebrow at him but sat down anyway.
"I'm Jay" he said
"Gloria" she replied.
They ended up talking all night long, and that's the story of how Jay met Gloria.
