Confessions of a 10-year-old Boy

|This takes place right after the episode where Ash catches Pidgeotto. Now you can object to what I'm writing, but who KNOWS what goes on in that little head of his? He's allowed to be cocky too, he's only in his first couple of days being a trainer. He still has his mind set on what he'll gonna do.|

Hi, I'm Ash Ketchum, if you didn't know. I have three Pokemon, a Caterpie, which I call Caterpie, a Pidgeotto I call Pidgeotto, and a Pikachu, I call Pikachu.
Guess what! I'm going to become a Pokemon master someday. I'll beat everyone in sight, no doubt about it. It is my fate to become Pokemon master.
I also know that I'll catch 150 Pokemon, all 150. Maybe I'll discover even more Pokemon in different lands that we don't know about.
But I DO know that I WILL discover them, not anyone else.
My Pikachu thinks I'm his King, and will do whatever I ask him, because I saved him from a whole bunch a Spearow. Pikachu got us into the whole thing. If he wouldn't have just sat there on a limb, taunting that Spearow, I could have caught him and he wouldn't have been able to squak for help like he did. So Pikachu praises me.
My Caterpie also thinks the world of me because I saved him from the evil wilderness. Who knows what would have happened to him if I didn't catch him! He probably could have easily been eaten by another Pokemon or caught by a novice trainer who will be squished like an ant when I get through with him.
My Pidgeotto was lucky that I told Caterpie to go easy on it. It would have probably DIED after I got through with it, had I not gone easy on it. Now I'll train it to become ONLY the best, nothing less.
I've also got this girl, called Misty, who's really bossy and yelly tagging around. I bet it's because she KNOWS I'm going to become a Pokemon master. She says that she only hangs around because she wants me to get her a new bike, cause I wrecked her old one while trying to save Pikachu.
I don't think my Pikachu is special or anything yet, because I think TEAM ROCKET only wants to steal Pikachu so I go get him back, and then their boss can battle me. HAHA, they could just ask, you know? Like "Hey, Mr. Future Pokemon Master, could you battle our boss?" I'd be happy to squash their boss, who wouldn't?
Oh jeez. Misty is calling. I'll be back in a bit!
