I DO NOT OWN HETALIA (obviously..)

I wrote this a while ago for hbananad. I could certainly tell from how much it sucked before I cleaned it up just now..and it still isn't good XD

Also, the charms and cactus and such, I wrote about those after looking up some Greek traditions. it was fun XD

Anyways, I hope you enjoy~

It had been a rather rough day thus far for Heracles. Sadiq had decided to take his cactus, which had been placed near the door to ward off evil spirits (as well as Sadiq). The Turk then had proceeded to take all of his charms with which he repelled the evil eye. Sadiq then adorned himself with said charms and then he did the worst thing he could possibly do.

Kidnap every last kitty that Heracles had.

That was the very last straw. You could take a Greek's cactus and his charms, but when you've kidnapped his feline companions- you've gone too far.

Fuming, Heracles stormed about, rescuing his dearest kitties from various dangers. From being cornered by vicious dogs, to being suspended above deep pools of water, to having all of their fur shaved off, he found and saved each and every last one of the cats.

After feeding the traumatized cats, the brunet made a mental note to buy a new (spikier) cactus. Lying down, he soon realized that he hadn't had a chance to sleep all day. Wistfully, he wished he could have some tea to help him calm down...

Heracles later woke up to the screeching of a tea kettle. He sat up and sleepily rubbed his eyes. He then heard soft scuffling footsteps. Frowning, he hoped it wasn't Sadiq; hadn't he done enough in one day?

The squealing of the pot ceased and the quiet steps padded near him. As the Greek's eyes opened, a mellow voice spoke in front of him.
"I apologize for waking you, Heracles-san. I heard of your troubles with Sadiq-san. I am most sorry. I felt that perhaps some tea would assist in alieviating some of your stress. I hope you do not mind having some tea that I recieved from Yao-san."
Heracles smiled calmly, "Oh, no...I don't mind waking up to this. I'm happy you're here, Kiku."

After the two men drank some tea in silence, Heracles offered to get some bakalava, "...I only made it yesterday, so it should still be good."

"...That would be most hospitible of you, Heracles-san."

The brunet rose and strode over to the kitchen, carefully retrieving two squares of baklava. He sat down next to Kiku once more and handed him one of the treats he had retrieved. Again, they were silent, as they munched upon the baklava. Heracles smiled and looked over at Kiku. Though there was no actual expression on his face, he could see the content look in his eyes.

The Greek couldn't help but gently lean in and lightly touch Kiku's lips with his own. Heracles stayed for a little while until he could feel the heat from the other's cheeks. Then he pulled away with a slight smile and whispered, "You had some on your face."

"...B-but I had just w-wiped my f-face..!"

"...Perhaps not well enough?"

I just so happen to really like reviews. Just saying.
