This story is a bit sad. sorry guys!
"It all happened so quickly one minute dad was there and the next minute he wasn't. Dad promised me that nothing would go wrong while he and Launchpad were out, like he always did. I should have known that something was going wrong I always knew when Dad was in danger before anyone could have told me, but that night I didn't. After Honker left that night, for some reason I decided to wait up til Dad and Launchpad came home. At 4:00am Dad or Launchpad weren't home yet so I decided to take Launchpad's car and try to find them. It took me about five minutes to find them. When I got to the scene I saw the mangled ratcatcher, Dad being put into a body bag and Launchpad lying unconscious on a stretcher. My world ended that night, I didn't know how I was going to go on. Luckily Launchpad survived, if he wouldn't have I would be back at the same orphanage that Dad adopted me from. I loved him, he has saved my life in so many ways I just wish I could have been there to save his. He's going to be missed greatly. As I stand here and look at all of you I know he would have been pleased with everyone who came, thank you all for coming. I love you Dad." Gosalyn said. She took a breath and laid her dad's purple hat in the casket with him and closed the lid.
