This is a sequel to Noughts and Crosses By Malorie Blackman.

***I do not own any of the characters, they are owned (I assume) by the author of the original book, Malorie Blackman. The only thing I own is the idea for this. If you have not read the original book there may be things that you do not understand that happened in it, sorry about this, I cannot explain everything for you. ***

*Callum is a Nought - a second-class citizen in a world run by the ruling Crosses.

Sephy is a Cross - daughter of one of the most powerful men in the country.*

If you remember, the last thing in the book was Sephy hoping Callum had heard her telling him she loved him.

Sephy____________________________________________

"Miss Hadley, you have a visitor," A nurse called "She says she is your sister, Minerva Hadley." Before I had a chance to reply, my sister Minnie bounded in.

"Sephy, how are you? I've missed you so much, we all have," Then judging by the look on my face added, "We have, dad still thinks you should have had an abortion but he and Mother love you so much." I still thought she was lying, I also thought she had finished but no, she carried on blabbering about this and that. Bla, Bla, Bla.

"Where's the baby? is it a boy? What's its name? Can I hold it? Where's It's father?" On and on she went.

"The baby's over there, It's a girl, Her name is Callie Rose and." I paused, why does she have to make things so painful? "He's." I burst into tears

"Oh my god I am so sorry, I totally forgot, do you forgive me?" She forgot, how could she forget someone was dead if she went to the bloody execution? She is such a fool

"YOU IDIOT, HOW COULD YOU JUST FORGET? YOU'RE A FOOL AND NOTHING ELSE." She had really pissed me of. "Get out of here, just go away. NOW" With that she left, without a goodbye or even an apology ,and I was glad of it.

If only Callum was here now.
