Left Behind
Prolouge

Two kids were running down the road, soaking wet and each have something in their hands. The boy was holding some keys on his right hand, and the girl is carrying a white puppy with a black patch on its eye. As their about to reach the end of the road, they said their goodbyes.
"See ya!" said Leslie, giving Jess a wide smile.
"Yeah, see ya!" Jess replied, returning back the smile.
Jesse stopped for a moment. He was watching Leslie, she was running ever so graceful and something inside him wants to call back Leslie and embrace her so tightly. Wait, what am I doing standing here? If she sees me staring at her and looking goofy, she'll think I'm crazy! And with that thought, Jesse quickly ran behind a bush, still watching his best friend.
Leslie wants to look back and give Jesse a quick wave goodbye, she's sure that he's still there. But as she looks back, Jesse's already gone. And a sudden rush of sadness envelopes her and she doesn't know why.

A/N: I just rewrite this story a little bit cause the other one was not right for me, and I'm really stubborn right now cause I accidently deleted chapter 5 on my other story XD. And I'm to lazy to start over again :p
