Super Metroid II Chozo Return

After "Metroid Fusion" Ever question what really was happening while samus was on the space station and what happened to the rest of Samus suit that wasn't infected and for that matter why is Samus's suit so much different then everyone else's? Now what happens when those questions get answered? Oh and lets just say there's an added bonus… Sometimes the enemy of my enemy?

Super Metroid II: The Chozo return

Prologue
part 1

Inside a Galactic police Secret base a few sectors away from where, only moments before, Samus had just left the Space station to look for a safe place for her little green companions.

"Sir, here is the information you requested, Samus not only escaped from the space station alive, but the station also has been destroyed!" a man reported handing his files to another

"She is starting to become annoying" the other man said, "but we got what we needed"

"But sir she killed all the Metroid!"

"Yes I know but what she left behind is stronger than even that hatchling!" he said looking down at his computer

"You mean the uninfected parts of her suit we removed?"

On the computer you can see parts of Samus suit almost forming a new suit.

"Yes, but most of the suit was disabled when it left her main power suit didn't it?"

"Yes but one part works perfectly"

"The Energy tank?"

"Yes and it turns out it can runs the rest of the suit!" he said walking through a doorway and as they enter a room you can see a purple suit of armor in the middle of the room." At least 1 of these … prototypes!" the prototypes visor shimmers as though it was activating

A man comes running up to them. "Sir, we have a problem, Samus is heading straight for our halo grid" he looks at the other man to sees him shaking his head in confusion "our planet sir, in sector A256, she is heading right for it"

"What should we do...?" the first man asked "If she discovers it and lands we will have a hard time tracking her on the planets surface, most of our prototype armor suits cant last very long in the conditions on the planet" as he looks around and around you see more suits of armor waiting to be activated. "assuming we can find more energy tanks for them that is"

The man in charge looks at the prototype and then back at them with a glint in his eyes.

"But sir it hasn't been field tested yet!"

"Will it work in the conditions of the planet?" he asked

"Well yes, it will work just like hers does" he looks at the computer in front of the prototype. "…But with only one energy tank?" he looks back with a worried face.

"Then send it and recover any Chozo artifacts you find and if Samus tries to resist… dispose of her!"

Meanwhile just outside sector A256, aboard the Galaxy Police ship that Samus had to borrowing due to the loss of her personal chozo designed vessel, Samus must dwell on what has conspired.

"Computer play that back" Samus orders

The computer beeps. "Personal log of Samus Aran: After almost dying by the hands of the Sa-X on the space station, and wondering if the galaxy Police are going to search and destroy me. I must turn my thoughts to another matter and think of my friends!" she looks into the back compartment to see 3 little green men and green bird sleeping in stasis. "I'm heading to a planet outside the Galaxy Police's territory that will hopefully house my helpful friends till I can find a better environment for them." Samus looks back again to watch her little green friends sleep. "This trip will send me through the neighboring system. A system that once housed the base to the evil Mother Brain and her army of space pirates.. Zebes. The true home of my friends, sadly it was destroyed by mother brain after her defeat just a few year ago . Zebes was a stronghold of my adopted family the Chozo as well but all there history was destroyed along with the planet."

"...PEEP..." The computer announces "Lady an unknown Chozo signature has been detected in sector A256."

"Computer, what does that sector have in it?"

"The sector is known to be void of life."

"Can you detect what is making the signature?"

"Negative lady, it's coming from the center of the sector!"

"that is strange, lets not change course, mark it so we can investigate on our way bac ...!"

CRASSSSSHHHHHH

The ship cracks and shakes.. ! "Report' what's happening" Samus requests as she looks toward the computer screen

"Warning, Lady, an unknown craft has entered our sector and appears to be firing upon us!"

"Ya I think I got that!" Samus yelled, "Return Fire!"

"I'm sorry Lady, a jamming device has disabled all firing controls. It appears to be coming from the ship currently attacking!"

"I didn't know the space pirates had such tech!" she yells trying to maneuver the ship as a laser blast zooms past the main screens.

"Lady the ship is not a space pirate vessel" the computer screeched "it's a Galactic police short range scout, class B!"

"What," she yells back " Galaxy police? How did they find me already?"

"Our ship has a security beacon to help locate it in the case the ship is stolen or lost!"

Samus thinks to herself, "How can I save this ship" She looks back at her friends in stasis, then suddenly the controls on the wall behind them caught her attention. " The AIRLOCK.. Computer is the airlock still working!"

"Affirmative"

"Prepare to open the airlock on my command"

"Affirmative"
