A short one shot that details the secret of where Alucard aquired his red suit.

Hellsing isn't mine the idea of this story is.

Integra was almost thirteen the next time she really took the time to look at the vampire. She'd hardly even recognized his thin frame. His hair concealed mostly by the red fedora he wore now. He appeared before her with a spoon when she had found her missing from the tea tray.

"Well," she smirked approvingly at her pet as she leaned back in her chair. The light from the lamp was the only thing illuminating the vampire in his new red suit. He gave a bow and held the piece of silver out to his master. Integra accepted it and crossed her legs neatly, turning back to her tea as she did so.

Alucard smiled behind his bow, even though she couldn't see it. He was giddy with approval. The most creature of comforts. Ah, it must have been the dog in him that forced him to seek the approval of his master. When she nodded and smiled, saying those sweet nothings he smirked and laughed long and deep.

"You have not inquired as to where I acquired this fine cloth," he noted to his master.

"You're right. I have not," Integra gave a nod and turned to her pet, cup of tea in hand. She smiled at him a toothy smile. "Stand up straight so that I may look at you properly, Alucard." He did as she asked fluidly. His suit was fine and pressed with a tie not unlike hers. It seemed to suit him fine. His gloves remained ever the same as they had looked when she first saw him. Integra nodded approvingly again.

"Where did you get it?"

"Oh, Walter found it in the deep reaches of the Hellsing Family's heirlooms," He smirked at his master as her face changed from amusement at her pet to displeasure.

"The Family Heirlooms?"

"This is the suit of Abraham Van Hellsing. The suit he wore when he bound me to the Hellsing Family, if I recall correctly…Master."

"This is not funny, Alucard. I order you to remove it at once!" Integra commanded and the vampire began his undress before her.

"As you wish, Master," he said as his coat hit the tile floor. Then his hat.

"I'm afraid it's all we could find to fit him at the moment," Walter stood in the doorway, darkened by the lack of lamplight his way. "I wouldn't advise having him remove it, Sir Integra."

The butler chuckled at Integra as she looked toward the vampire as he unbuttoned his pants. This had easily become the most awkward moment for the young lady. She pinched the bridge of her nose at the sight of the vampire quietly undressing before her. He had no modestly when it came to actual nudity.

Integra looked at her smiling butler and then sighed. "Oh, stop that, Alucard," she conceded and looked back at his smiling face. She frowned at her vampire.

"As you wish, Master," said the vampire and he buttoned his pants up carefully. He then retrieved his coat from the floor next to him, slinging it over his arm neatly.
