The sun rises, spreading its gentle glow over Nerima, a district of Tokyo known for its strange occurrences. All has been quiet for the past few weeks and the locals have been anxiously anticipating the next incident that should occur. Nerima has such oddities being sort of isolated with many strange phenomena, that you would have to see to believe. One such phenomena is being woken up by a *SPLASH*, …just…about …NOW.
"Aah! Why'd ya have to go do that for you uncute tomboy. Ya coulda just asked nicely."
As you can guess this phenomenon is Ranma Saotome, a local urban legend, who has recently defeated Saffron, God King of Mt. Phoenix, in a battle for his fiancée. Said fiancée, one Akane Tendo, is reaching for her mallet, usually stored in a subspace pocket, to hit her unsuspecting target.
"RANMA NO BAKA"
*WHAM*Our hero sails off into the sky………and lands in a pond. Now a busty crimson-haired female, Ranma trudges off in the direction of Furinkan High.
Meanwhile in the simple district of Juuban, one Makoto Kino sighs in her lonely apartment, lonely after being orphaned in a tragic car accident. Unbeknownst to her, she has an aunt alive by the name of Nodoka Saotome, affectionately referred to as Auntie, residing in Juuban once again after neglecting her home to search for her son and vagrant husband.
Ranma shook his head as he watched his fiancées from the school roof. Correction. Make that two fiancées, on wife and one psychotic gymnast. He watched as their latest battle took its toll on the school grounds. He was enjoying the peace or what he called peace while it lasted. As long as the girls weren't after him then all was alright.
At Juuban High School, Makoto plodded through school listening to Usagi talk about Mamoru and their last date. Never one to criticise her friends, Makoto just wished that Usagi would talk about something else for once. She should take into consideration that not everyone was dating their Prince Charming and future husband.
Ranma-on-the-roof Saotome, and Makoto-bored-to-death Kino, both sighed as they wished for something to happen.
Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it!
