(song)

Demona last of her clan stood alone on a cliff watching the ocean. All seemed lost to her. Her clan had all been destroyed or frozen in stone a month ago.

(song)

She looked to sky watching the stars. All of her anger was gone, now all that was left was loneliness. She knew everything that had happened was her fault.

(song)…

'The stars, the stars seem to be talking to me.' She thought. Her anger, fear, and loneliness was replaced with a sudden feeling of hope. As if she would never be alone.

(song)

She moved from her previous position of sitting curled up to standing, drawing herself up to her full height, wings held up as well (as opposed to being caped). This place seemed to comfort her more than she knew.

(song)

Demona watched as several stars blinked. 'They're talking to me, I know they are.'

(song

The Gargoyle stood still simply listening to the night. It had opened to her, every living thing seemed to talk to her. The single small fire she lit came to life, growing in size, as the sparks flew around her slim body.

(song)

Demona moved forward. The night had turned into a dream; she seemed to be separate from her body. Nothing, not even the wind would hold her to this earth.

(song)

Her wings flared out and caught the wind coming from the ocean. As full of a want of death she had been coming to this place she was now full of life. Her entire body sang of it.

(song)

She flew alone in the night yet not towards the star spotted sky. Those strange seven stars still glittered. Demona forced herself to stop before she ran out of air and simply hung in the air as long as possible staring at 'her' stars.

(song)

She watched from the sky as the small fire grew still more and seemed to swallow the area she had been at.

(song)
Being the sorceress she was she was able to sense the sudden swell of magic.

(song)

As suddenly as it had started, the magic was gone and the night was back to normal. Demona returned to earth, and put out her small fire. She knew something was special about the area. As silently as possible she faded into the blackness of the night.
