Calvin's POV:

"Brrriinnngggg" rings my alarm clock. Groaning, I slap the "off" button. I open my eyes, and remembered. Today was the day I was supposed to get up an hour earlier than usual to help a new student and show her around. Apparently, she had the same classes as I did.

"Turn off the alarm, Calvin..." Hobbes murmurs.

"It's off already," I reply, smacking him in the head with my pillow. Not a good move. Hobbes opens his eyes and tackles me to the ground. "Hobbes, get off. I really have to go." I said, wincing from the pain. Hobbes didn't reply. He just glared at me and curled up on the carpet again.

Walking to the main office of the campus at Harvard, I look around for the new girl. I spot her, and run over to her. "I'm so sorry." I apologize as she turns around.

"It's alright," She says, smiling. Her face is so familiar, but I can't remember who she is. "I'm Susan Derkins, by the way, but you can call me Susie." Now, I remember.

I'm not done this chapter, but I'll finish it soon, hopefully. In the meantime, please R & R!
