A/N I hope you enjoy: P
I try, I really try, but in the end, I feel like I'm moving backwards. No matter how far forward you can go in one direction, there is one question that persists in my mind. It's an unsettling thought, and I fear what might happen to me if I think about it too long. Maybe this is the problem with humanity, is it that we fear what we know and instead push everything we know away to preserve our sanity. Well away from the philosophical stuff, let me tell you about a boy who can never be strong enough to actually go forward… or at least what direction he is facing.
It was a dark day in Canada, yet at the same time the sky was without a cloud in the sky. On the street, you could see a little girl trying to cross the street with her mother. When they crossed the street, the family turned left onto College St. The little girl and her mother walked home peacefully with the quiet sounds of childish laughter filling the sky. Little did people know, the girl was adopted.
Now you may wonder what I'm getting at, and that's understandable. the secret to the story is not the girl and her mother, but it's the person you didn't see.
"it's time to do what I do best" said a boy wearing a black zip up hoodie. If one were to look up at the sky all they see is "DoomDestroyer has been Slain" it appears that little girl has killed the boy with her fire magic.
"fuck why does this always happen, why do I suck at this game so much, why is my fucking team holding me back" screamed the boy. He was so angered and was bashing his desk typing furiously at his team while typing "Gg" at the enemy team.
"That's it. I'm Done with league of Legends, the community is toxic, the ranking system sucks, the game isn't fun…my god dude what should I do?" said a frustrated boy
"Well for one, you could be less toxic Philip" said by a voice coming out of Philip's headset.
"I'm sorry, I'm just frustrated. You know what, I'm gonna start making Overwatch videos and becoming a good Overwatch player. Nah, like that will ever happen" even as he said it, Philip knew he was done with League, but the question is for how long? Long ago I made a story called my story of ascension, right here you have read, or should I say witnessed the fall of a great man.
