Prologue
"Daddy please!" I begged, kneeling at my father's feet, "Don't make me do this! That man is nothing but power hungry and controlling! Everything you've been told by him has been a lie!"
My father sighed and patted me on the head, "Ailana, everything will be fine... Crimson seems like a perfectly fine man. He's strong, smart, and kind. You just haven't gotten used to him... He'll be able to protect you from those damn Sylightians, along with any other danger..."
I slapped his hand away, "Have you even considered how I feel about this?! How this affects me?!" I turned around and sprinted to my room, locking myself in.
I flopped onto my bed and cried into the pillow. I couldn't let this happen! Never would I bow to that man's power hungry grasp!
Why don't you just kill him? That'll make your life a lot easier.
"Buzz off!" I snapped, sitting up on my bed, but freezing.
Crimson.
Crimson smirked, "Hey there Aila... How's by love doing tonight?"
I growled and grabbed my scythe, "What the bloody hell do you want Crimson?!"
Crimson laughed and backed me up against the wall, knocking my scythe out of my hands, "Don't be like that my dear. How would your father feel if you hurt your fiancé?"
I hissed and bit his hand, grabbing my scythe again, "You are not my fiancé! And you never will be you demon!"
Want me to turn him into Rocrim Bacon? I'm sure he would taste delicious
"Didn't I just tell you to shut up?!" I screamed, before covering my mouth.
Crimson sneered, "So it's true about you... Perfect... Just perfect..." He pinned me against the wall, running his hand down my body, "We'll rule the world together... I'll be king, and you'll be my steed my love. Your wings catch the winds of the night I'll ride... As you will be my queen, and my dragon..."
I growled and kneed him in the crotch, kicking him over the head, and sending him sprawling across the bedroom floor.
I grabbed what I needed quickly while he was unconscious... A few dark cloaks, some clothes to change into, my weapon, and my tome of dark magic spells.
I then looked to Crimson and sighed, "Farewell..."
And I left.
