Summary.
1 year after the Manga, Negi has fixed most of the problems of the 2 worlds and has been allowed A small break, So he goes to see his Master Evangeline only to get trapped in her resort and forced to play A huge game of scavenger hunt with all his ex students and friends, Will he be able to spend time with his Master before his break is over? And what's this about the winner gets to take him or Evangeline out on A date?

Okay first off I want to say that this story was A request from (tojaka) He sent me A PM asking if I would write A Evangeline X Negi pairing story, I've always loved this pairing so I said yes and here we are, But I would never have got around to making this if not for him.
P.S. Sorry (tojaka) it took so long for me to make this.

Story.
Chapter: 1 - The Game.

Negi can't help but smile as his Masters cabin comes into view, He has been flying in the sky using his staff for over 3 hours already, Even if he is immortal he still can feel the pain of having to sit in the same place for so long.

So when he lands on his Dark Masters door step he makes sure to stretch knowing that once he steps inside he will have A lot to do to make up for all the time he was gone leaving his mistress bored and Alone.

He still remembers the words Evangeline told him right before he left 'When your done saving all these fools I'll make sure to make you work hard as my personal slave for all the time I will have to wait to drink your blood.' The words make him both scared and happy, Scared because he knows she's not joking and he is going to be in so much pain when she is done with him, And happy because she cares for him so much that she will make sure he won't want to leave again and get the same if not worse punishment.

"Evangeline I've got A report that Negi is supposed to here today is this true?" Fate asks the vampire while she reads her book, Nobody has really got into contact with Negi much since everything that happened, The last time he has seen Negi was when he Nagi and Evangeline defeated the Life-Maker in A long 3 day battle where they all almost lost their life's, The battle was settled by Negi and Evangeline going into full Magia Erebea fighting side by side, It was the happiest he has ever seen Negi or Evangeline they wear the biggest smiles as they worked in sync sharing little chuckles and banter as they faced the strongest enemy either of them has have seen before, Fate also show something that day that surprise him more then even the fact that they have won and defeated the Life-Maker when nobody else was looking Negi and Evangeline shared A passionate kiss that was full of want and need.

"Maybe it is, Why should I tell you? You've always hated me for something or the other right?" Evangeline half answered she really does not care about Fate or what he wants, Ever since She and Negi beet the Life-Maker, Fate has hated her for some reason now he always glares at her and bad mouths her when he gets the chance not that it matter to her he can think what he wants of her but it still gets annoying after A while, It's already been 7 months since that battle so she can't understand what pissed him off about her so bad that he would hold hatred for so long.

"ANSWER ME IS IT TRUE OR NOT!" Fate demanded he hated having to ask something of her but if it was about Negi then he would even talk to his worst enemy, But he no matter how hard he tries can't keep his cool when she is keeping something about Negi from him.

As Evangeline opened her mouth to berate Fate and kick him out of her house she hear 'His' voice A voice that no matter how much time passes she knows will stick with her like A super glue "Master are you home?" Negi the young boy of 13 years of age who she has decided to spend the rest of her Immortal life with even if he himself does not know it yet.

"Neg-" Fate started but was cut off by A freezing spell that made him A human popsicle unable to move or break free, It's A spell Evangeline made just for him incase he ever became to annoying and she wanted to get rid of him fast and for A long while.

Evangeline then makes her way down to the first floor of her cabin to see Negi looking just like he did A year ago standing in her kitchen checking stuff out, The sight puts A small smile of her face before her smile turns into A evil grin as she turns into shadows and appears right behind him sticking halfway out of the floor and grabs his foot.

"AHHHHHH! ah ah ... Master?" He flushes once he realizes that he just screamed like A little girl in front of his Master, But he can't help but smile looking down at her as she has rolled herself into A ball on the floor laughing so hard tears have started to come down her face.

"God that was funny, How could you get so scared? I mean you've fought dragons for heavens sake, And that scream hahaha.." she started laugh again when she finally stopped she looked Negi straight in the eye. "Negi my boy you remember my parting words? Well for your first order you will play A game with me."

"Yes how could I ever forget something you told me? If that is what you wish then I'll play, What type of game is it?"

"A Scavenger Hunt."
