A/N/ Yes, I know the story idea is odd, and I don't suppose many people will want to read this, but I've had this idea in my head for quite awhile now, and I needed to get it out somehow. Oh, and the actualy chapters will be more lengthly than this, this is jyst the prolouge..

Prologue

It was a dark, stormy evening; every child had bidden good night a while time ago. There was no sound around for miles; or, if you were listening closely, you could hear the faint swish of a robe, and the murmur of two voices.

"I don't see why we're doing this!" Hissed Isaiah. " I don't see any point! The ministry knows how to get their way-nothing we can do will ever stop them!"

"Oh, do shut up, Isaiah. The ministry knows nothing." Zedock paused to smell the air. Fear, he felt. Even muggles in there sleep could tell when they were around, it seemed.

"And neither do the people. They are just a bunch of puppets, controlled by fudge. What he does, they do. What he says, they listen to-do you understand?"

"Yes, of course, I see where you are going, I just-"

"Do you not think that we have been oppressed far too long, by those idiotic humans, Isaiah?"

"No, but-"

"They have enslaved us. The wizards aren't the only ones Fudge uses as puppets." Zedock sighed gravely. "You are young, dear Isaiah, young for a Dementor. You know hardly anything about this world, or the cruelty that has been happening towards Dementors over the years. I have been there, done that. I have watched some of my own family murdered by the ministry, for not complying to their harsh rules and regulations. I've had to watch their faces, so distraught, begging for a mercy. Do you think I enjoyed that?" By the end of his speech Zedock was nearly shouting." The humans have had their fun, Isaiah. Now it's our turn."

Isaiah did not want to do this. He was content just living a regular life, working for the ministry. But Zedock wasn't-he wanted to get his way, he hated following rules-especially from humans. And if Zedock wanted to it, then Isaiah must follow. Dementors, as a rule, never had an easy relationship with each other-and Isaiah did not want to get on Zedock 's bad side-for one, Zedock was a lot stronger and wiser than he-and he would not like to think what about would happen if he disobeyed him.

"Okay, Zedock." Whispered Isaiah in a faint voice, defeated. Resigned.

"Well, then." Said Zedock Briskly." Let's do this."

And with that, the pair, one willingly and the other unwillingly, made their way, slowly, surely, up number four, privet drive.
