What happens when you fall in love? You will feel those butterfly feelings in your tummy, have a hard time sleeping, always hallucinating and dreaming about that person, creating nicknames with your best friend, always have trouble with your appetite and sometimes you tend to lose focus. Except, most fairy tale crush seemed quite normal for an average girl, but it wasn't to me. I fell in love with the most idiot person in the whole universe, my best friend.

He was tall, slightly muscular, strangely his hair is pink, and he has a scar on his neck. He always wear a white scarf and quite out-of-fashion clothing, but all in all, he is adorable, he may be over protective at times, always rescuing his nakama, always the same person to tease and at the same time annoy me, but there wasn't enough word to describe my love for him.

Today was the day, valentine's day.

I summed up my courage to finally confess to him, my best friend. I knew he was in love with another girl, but it was worth the shot. I didn't want to bear the pain of waiting for the right time anymore somehow loving him was giving me heartbreak and at the same time a heart attack.

I stared at the chocolate box, neatly wrapped in front of me, waiting for the right moment to give the chocolate. I knew I was crazy but loving him was even crazier.

"Yo, Lucy!" he calls my name, and I startled, quickly hiding the chocolate box inside my shoulder bag. This is pretty much the usual, everyday routine; he barges inside my house without knocking and leisurely fooling around in my territory.

"Natsu! You're trespassing and this is my house!" I yelled at him.

Natsu flashes me a heart-stopping grin. He sat on the dining table, across me. "I saw you hiding that chocolate box, who are you giving to?"

"No one of particular importance." I responded, blushing madly, jumbling through my words, not getting the right words out of my soft lips.

Natsu arched one eyebrow, not convinced. "You have a crush on Gray!" He immediately jumps to conclusion. I was even surprised by his statement.

"No I don't!" I immediately dismissed the whole misunderstanding. Natsu laughed at my reaction, and I blushed. "Does she give you chocolates?" I asked him.

"Who?"

"Lisanna, aren't the both of you close?"

"Just as friends, as far as I am concerned." I was relieved. The two of them are just friends.

"Here," I took out the chocolate box and gave it to him. Natsu, whom was in front of me, was slightly confused. He stared emptily at the chocolate box and he didn't even take it.

I felt upset, and as I stood up, I was interrupted by the touch of his lips onto mine.

"I know you're jealous of Lisanna." Natsu teased.

"Shut up!" I blushed.

"But I love you." He whispered as he landed another kiss.
