A/N No one ever said I wasn't going to write stupidly fluffy fluff for these two. End of story. Also, this pairing might not be canon, and I might not care. *PTERODACTYL SCREECH AND FLIES OFF INTO THE SUNSET*

(Also, listen to "Kiss Me" by Ed Sheeran while reading, I wrote this to it and it just kind of sets the mood.) Enjoy!

Anna trailed her pencil delicately on the edge of her paper. She'd been in the same place for hours; nestled in one of the many window couches, drawing various things, letting the day pass by as slowly as it wanted to. When Kristoff tiptoed up behind her and kissed the top of her head, she gasped in surprise.

"You've got to stop doing that, you oaf!" she exclaimed, hitting the blonde mountain man with her sketchbook. He feigned hurt.

"Why, Princess Anna, I was only attempting to show my love and adoration for you," he replied smugly. Anna couldn't stop herself from grinning and pulling her boyfriend down so that he was sitting beside her on the couch. She rested her head on his chest and sighed.

"You smell like the ground," she whispered. She felt Kristoff's abdomen move as he chuckled softly.

"I sure hope you mean that as a compliment, 'cause the smell isn't going away." he paused for a second, stroking her hair. "What were you drawing before I so rudely barged in?" he asked. Anna picked up her sketchbook and showed him.

"Various things," she said. "Not that I succeeded in making them good."

Kristoff shook his head. "No, these are amazing. I especially like this one," he stopped flipping through the pages at a picture of Elsa's ice castle; Anna had captured it in all of its haunting glory.

"That's the worst one," she whispered softly. Kristoff furrowed his eyebrows.

"Why would you think that? It looks exactly like it, Anna," he promised her. Now it was Anna who shook her head.

"That's the worst part. I don't even know why I drew it. It reminds me of..." she trailed off. Kristoff's heart twisted. As much as he tried to help Anna recover from the curse, they both knew she would never be the same. He brushed her bangs from her face and gently turned her head towards his. Pulling her closer, he gently kissed her, just as he'd first done all those months ago. After what seemed like was an endless eternity and an empty second at the same time, Anna broke away and took a breath. She smiled.

"I'm okay," she said. Kristoff smiled too.

"I know you are. But as long as you need me, as long as you want me, I will be here. If there's nothing else you can count on, count on that." he kissed her again, for another endless eternity and empty second.
