Sam was arranging the most difficult wedding in the history of the universe. Half of the guests were travelling thousands of light years just to attend. Most of the Tokr'as operatives were suspending their activities to attend, including her father. Then there was the ceremony, having two different sets of customs to abide for and two different sets of expectations. But there had to be compromise.
Two ceremonies, one a traditional wedding in St. Marks with an all human guest list, or what could pass for human, many of the Tokr'as would be in attendence of both. Then a ceremony at the SGC for her future husband. The guest list for this party was a little more exotic. Nine different races, including Thor representing the Asgard, and Chaka now P3X-403 had peace. Not too mention friends from the Nox, the president of the Serrakin and Lotan with his new wife. The president and six congressmen would also be in attendence; with the leaders of at least six planets in one room the security was proving a nightmare. The ceremony involved staff weapons, the Air Force were worried about the possibility of an assassination, not ideal for a girl's only wedding. But her Dad had always said that problems would solve themselves. When she sat and thought on the wedding, she realised the Goa'uld would kill each other to be able to destroy her wedding. Almost every guest at the second ceremony was wanted by the Goa'uld.
A bigger headache was marrying a man who officially didn't exist on Earth, new documents were being produced to prove he exists, if immigration control busted in there would be a bit more to explain, like why her husband had a symbiote in him, as did several of the guests. But all the problems were going to be worth the big day, well days.
O'Neill was the best man; Janet was going to be the maid of honour. Who knew Janet could throw such a freaky bacheloret party, two days had passed and Sam still felt like crap, every woman on the base and Anise, who arrived early were there, Every one really got in the spirit after Anise asked why the men were removing their clothes. She hoped Jack hadn't organised anything too heavy for tonight, if they end up in another country or on another planet she would be mad.
Just as she thought this, Teal'c finally emerged from the dressing room in his suit, she thought he looked so handsome and rose to kiss him, she was glad they were getting married in two days.
Had this idea for a couple of weeks, I was going to start with a more radically different universe but I had to finally get the Sam Teal'c idea out of my head, still really busy with exams so it may be a while if I decide to do a second chapter.
