"You get isekai'd and then you woke up in Gensokyo, what's the first thing you'll do?"

This story tries to explore what would happen if a normal human from our world is suddenly transported to Gensokyo, what would it take for us to live day by day, what kind of relationships we would have to create, and if abandoning our humanity is the only way to survive in such a hellish realm.

A few days ago I showed to the world Tales of Gensokyo : Fantastic Wanderer Arc 1 for the first time ever, and to my surprise it received much more attention than what I expected

A lot of people were afraid to hurt my feelings with their criticisms, but I honestly preferred to hear them now rather than later when I'm just… Too deep into my own crap to fix my mistakes

So, here are is a list of the criticism I tried to address:

1. The beginning was far too rushed

2. Gore scenes wasn't descriptive enough to get an idea on the severity of the damages

3. Some actions were just too hard or vague to understand

4. Formatting was horrible and it made a lot of eyes bleed

5. Protagonist needed to be fleshed out, get a backstory, and at least a short-term objective in order to keep reader's interest

6. What I wrote sounded more like a manga instead of a light novel (Sorry, been reading a lot of mangas lately so that might've influenced me)

7. A few other minor stuff

Considering all feedback I rewrote the entirety of Arc 1 of this work… Well, even though I say that I "rewrote" it, to be honest I just grabbed some info I was going to show later and added it to the beginning so things were a little bit easier to understand, I have faith that this second revision of Arc 1 will be able to keep readers interest much better than ver1.0 of it, I also hope all new info raise some questions that I would love to explain in the future

#Some Very Important Key Points

0. My kind of storytelling is quite slow so you will not see much of Gensokyo until later

1. Genre is Dark Fantasy and there will be quite a lot of world building chapters, I plan to base everything on real Touhou lore, rules and mechanics

2. Your waifu might get beaten, praised or be shown as a villain depending on how the story progresses. Grab a beer/soda, sit down, and please accept how things are depicted, I promise there is no real "right or wrong" in this story so, sooner or later you will get your revenge

3. I rated this story as high as I could since there is quite a lot of blood and a little bit of gore, keep this in mind

4. I reduced plot armor to just what is needed to progress with the story, protagonist ain't going to be Kirito 3.0, also that would be against Touhou rules

5. Sexual content is tone down to a bare minimum, I'm not saying there will be none, just that this is no R-Rated RP

6. Story is divided into "arcs" chapters are just a way to divide those arcs, please try to criticize this story based on each arc, not on each chapter.

7. I will only update each time I finish with an arc… My plan is to finish an arc each 15 to 30 days… I beg mercy if I'm not able to fulfill this objective, you can send me a private message to check the progress of the next arc

8. There will be around 50 to XXX~ arcs depending on the reception of this story

9. This story has been translated from Spanish, I originally wrote this in Spanish and there will be small differences between content as I try to adapt myself to the differences between languages (I will publish both languages at the same time)
