Trying to get rid of my personal feelings before the last chapters come out. Sorry for the rush! Happy reading!

Here at last. Wedding day. Everything was all set. Their friends were all seated and chatting among themselves. The scene made Him nervous though, all the people and the smiles. He tried His best to smile, too, to reflect the excitement of the crowd. Beside Him was Shino, ever so supportive. Shino still never said much, after all they've been through, but he could always read His mood the best.

The noise began dying down. Music began to play and He could tell the Sakura was shaking with excitement for her best friend. Sure they had their ins and outs but she was here now; they always came back for each other. He quietly thought about the time the two of them got into a fight and He had to bring ice cream over to calm down the fiery blonde. He almost got His head taken off that night.

He took a look down the isle to see Ino's father near the door. The man always had a way of striking fear into His heart. There was something funny about how protective he was with his daughter, how high he set the bar. The man even made Him feel inadequate, what with His tattoos and the way He wore His hair so recklessly. The man never had a problem with Akamaru though, He was grateful for that. But there was no need to worry about that now, He thought, still nervous. He started shaking his nerves were so bad. Shino elbowed Him lightly, back into reality he went as the music got louder.

On queue, Ino appeared, as radiating and beautiful as He had imagined in his vivid dreams of this day. Flowing streaks of blonde and bright blue eyes. She shined for miles, He was sure of it. He smiled the best He knew how and watched her glide down the isle, locked in arm with her father.

When she reached Him, He couldn't smile anymore. His heart clenched up and the air around Him was hard to find. Ino didn't stop though. She didn't even notice the silent agony He felt as she walked by; her husband was waiting for her at the altar. It was there that she was pronounced married to the love of her life. The one that wasn't Him.

Any nerves He had finally dissipated. He had finally lost. He had prayed and begged for anyone or anything to stop her from being married to the wrong person and the guilt shook Him. Literally. But there was no need to worry about that now, He thought, morose now. Shino elbowed Him again and He figured it was time to smile at the lovely bride as she made her way out of the building with her husband.

Ino passed and gave Him the cheekiest grin He'd ever witnessed. And it was beautiful but that was all. She kept walking, hand in hand with the one that wasn't Him.

There she goes, Kiba thought.
