It was another Winter day in Interpol but was the beginning of December meaning Christmas was on it's way but he just wanted to see his best American friend Sam since he knew his grumpy eagle was missing him very much, looking at a photo from their last visit together knowing his Winter vacation was starting today, giving him a great idea to go visit Sam for the holidays.
He was packing a suitcase full of warm clothes but had gotten Sam a gift deciding not to tell him he was coming for the holiday, knowing the look on the blue feathered eagle male's face would be priceless so was getting to the airport after buying airline tickets to America and was there checking in unaware the snow might delay the plane.
"Don't worry mon ami, I'm coming." He said looking at the photo in his wallet while drinking coffee to warm himself up but knew the delay wouldn't be long despite the fact it was Christmas Eve, plus it was a magical night of miracles.
At his house in America, Sam had just put up his decorations surprising the others plus Andy and Randy had dumped snow all over him and had taken a warm shower hoping his Christmas wish would come true, and in the morning that Jewn would be there and was having dinner by himself while the others were having a Christmas Eve party.
He was humming carols to himself and knew the others thought he was lonely but he wasn't but preferred to be by himself and doing dishes and was watching Christmas specials with his stuffed eagle Ernest in his wings and around midnight wasn't tired and going to his room.
He saw a ton of books he hadn't read in a while so was reading them aloud, until he fell asleep around five in the morning.
Unknown to him, the Le Maximum had pulled up outside the house seeing Jean get out with stuff in his arms, entering Sam's house seeing decorations but was singing carols in French unaware Sam could hear getting up, rubbing sleep from his eyes with a wing.
Was he dreaming, that Jean was here?
He went downstairs into the living room, seeing his best friend there hugging him tight.
"I can't believe it, my wish came true!" Sam said as Jean chuckled.
He explained to the eagle male that his winter vacation started yesterday so had wanted to come visit him seeing gifts under the tree making Sam surprised.
"I only asked for Jean." Sam said.
"Maybe you were on the Extra Nice list, Mom ami." Jean said.
they were having fun as Jean got an idea, to go play in the snow as Sam followed plus were having fun, plus the others were surprised hearing Sam laugh so much seeing Jean making snow angels.
indeed, this time of year was magical
