Kuzco and Kronk were on their way to school. They went to the doors and tried to open them but they didn't budge.
Then they looked though the windows. Everybody in Kuzco's and Kronk's class where there. Even Melina was there. "Look how pretty Melina looks today! I know she likes me!" Kuzco thought. "Kuzco! Kuzco! We are locked out!" Kronk started screaming in different languages. Kuzco suddenly woke up from his day dream. "Wait, why am I so sad when I don't have have to go to school today!" Kuzco said, confused. "And why are you speaking french?" He finished his sentence. "I have no idea. Hey, I have an idea!" Kronk said. Kuzco put his hand up to his head. He sighed heavily. He never had an idea of what Kronk was saying. It was always to hard to understand Kronk's crazy ways. "Hey Kronk"
Kuzco said. "What about Melina! She will problely be wondering where I am!" Kuzco started biting his nails. "Yeah right! She doesn't even like you! You've annoyed her down to the core of an apple and now you're making yourself eat the seeds just worrying about her when there's nothing to worry about. You're even going to make her eat the seeds that you don't want to eat!" Kronk said. "I can never understand what . . .uh in the world you are saying!" Kuzco said almost swearing. He knew that if he said a bad word with Melina in a non-sound-proof building next to him, she would never marry him and become empress. Kuzco remembered that Melina liked reading. He even had twenty kuz-dollers too! Kuzco quickly ran to the Kuzco Book Lovers bookstore. He ran in and searched shelf after shelf. Finaly he found the perfect book. It was called Time For Us Babies To Play! It had a picture of a baby on the cover. Kuzco also looked for wrapping paper. When he found the perfect desigh, which was a light pink, he went to the cash regester. "I'd like to buy this." he said. When he left the store, school was over. Kuzco rushed over to Melina and gave her the presant. "Wow Kuzco. Thank you." Melina said. "Open it!" Kuzco said. Melina unwraped the heavey book. When she saw it she smacked kuzco on the head with it! "This is a baby book, stupid." Melina said. She dropped the book on Kuzco's toe. Just when she turned to walk away, she heard Kuzco scream "OUCH!" She smiled. "Serves you right." She said to herself. The End
