So this is kind of a companion to my other DPS poem "A Fathers Gaze" (Go read it!) This one is about Todd after Neil dies. Please review!
I do not own DPS or anything related. It has just inspired me.
How could you do this?
You led us to dream
of the wonders this world can bestow.
Simply to betray them.
How could you forget,
all we had to live for?
You knew real passion,
you knew how to love,
yet you threw love away.
You preached a life of glory
but left only a legacy of pain.
You knew your path to follow,
your destiny was yours alone.
How could you abandon your self?
