Chapter One: a plan formulates : the secret of Psycho power!
Join us me on a journey into the unknown. For in a dark, crazy, castle lived a dark , crazy with an even darker and crazier ambition. This is the story of that man in his quest for conquest. It also chronicles the tales of martial arts masters from around the world. The man was bison, and fighters are the ones known as street fighters.
BISON"S CASTLE THE DICTATORSHIP OF SHADOLOO
"Zoltar" Barked out the mad man with Psycho powers known as Bison. "Get me a visual on the headquarters of the SHIELD branch known as "Project Street-fighter"."
"Yes sir" answered the scrawny ,wimpy servant of Bison known as Zoltar.
The servant then turned on a screen that showed a military base. It was owned by the American hero commonly known as Guile, the former pupil of Nick Fury. The scientists and strategists on the base were looking for someone , who Bison also coveted, none other than the master of Hadou-karate, Ryu.
"So it would appear that they haven't found them, Zoltar, considering they weren't interrogating him." Said Bison , smashing a table next to him. "If I don't get that powerful youth , my anger will explode and destroy everything!"
"Calm Down, sir." Said the faithful servant. "We believe that this project will interest you. With this , we do not need to capture and force Ryu to succumb to your Psycho powers. We simply need to have him fight several powerful foes, such as other street fighters." He handed Bison a dossier on there latest project, that needed to be approved.
"Ahh, the next evolution of gamma and beta. I approve!" said the wicked tyrant.
" yes sir, but how are you going to get him and the fighters?"
"I'm going to hold a fighting tournament, one he cant' refuse!"
