Who wanted to write a Rockman fanfic, you see.
After much careful consideration, he exclaimed,
"I know! I'll write about ME!"
And so he fashioned himself into a dashing hero,
Strong enough to triumph over any foe,
With silvery locks and deep blue eyes,
He named his new character Bob Mashimaro.
His Netnavi, as well, was to be the best,
And so, with guns and blasters and swords galore,
Bob did create the ultimate combat Navi,
A perfect fighter, a trigger-whore.
So Bob did write his fanfic,
And wrote it with such glee and zeal,
And it revolved so heavily around Bob and Triggerman,
That it quickly lost its fanfic-y appeal.
"But wait! What about Netto and Rockman!"
The fans who read it did cry out.
In agony they exclaimed, "Where's Enzan, Blues, Roll, Meiru?
'Cause surely those are who the series' about!"
But Bob only laughed, "Stupid, deluded people!
This fanfic will always be about me!" he cried in his dictation.
And soon everyone came to rue the day
Bob decided to write a Rockman fanfiction.
