Just get this over with. This is sorta bout smells… Or not… It is more like Nico describing how he sees Leo in this. Yeah description of Leo, including how he smells. Vividly, and same goes for Leo. TWO IN ONE!

Nico's POV

How to describe Leo Valdez?

Moronic, overly confident, stupid, annoying, and beautiful, a headache and a half, annoying, perfection, annoying, and someone I love. He is also my amazingly amazing boyfriend. And gods if I am letting that change any time soon.

Leo is awkward and clumsy with all his height that he doesn't know what to do with, he grew 5 inches in 6 months, so from 5'5 to 5'10. He is still growing. And he doesn't know what to do with himself. Only when he is hunching over some project he is working on does he look comfortable in his body.

Leo also has this charm about him. His goofy nature just makes everyone around him smile and his shit jokes are enough to brighten even my darkest days. His absolute dorkiness made me fall for him in the first place. His smile made me forget about Percy fucking Jackson. His eyes made the world around me meaningless. His laugh was better than any song I've ever heard. Even the way he smelled had me smitten.

Leo smells like Bunker 9. Oil, gasoline, smoke and burning metal. And something else that is distinctly Leo. A sort of musky sent that hangs in the air around him and hugs his favorite jacket. His scent wraps me in its arms and keeps me warm. Like Leo, my flame. Warm and cozy and that engine that is his soul fueling him on his greatest adventures.

Leo's awkwardness is adorable. He gets all flustered around me when he wants to ask me something or give me something. His face turns that adorable shade of pink when I peck him on the nose or cheek. And gods forbid I kiss him properly, he turns cherry red, then kisses me back and turns human again. It is just so adorable.

That is Leo 'Bad Boy Supreme', Mr. Supersized McShizzle Valdez in a nutshell and how he won my heart, that damn thief!

How to describe Nico di Angelo?

Annoying, dreadfully dark, a party pooper, cute, boring, sad, depressing, dark, beautiful, too smart for his own good, and my stupidly perfect boyfriend. I love him to bits, it's not even funny.

Nico is a human grumpy cat most of the time. He doesn't like to be touched or even looked at. He doesn't like being social or hanging out with his friends, yet he lets me snuggle him and talk to him and he opens up to me.

Nico has this Nicoy-Niconess that is unique to him alone since no one can Nico like Nico. His annoyed look when I am begging him for something is simply adorable. His scowl when I make a bad joke or made him mad is perfection. But his smile makes my heart melt. His laugh is like butterfly giggles, and butterfly giggles are often too soft to be heard by human (or mostly human, half human? I dunno) ears, but it is so beautiful that people have died. That is Nico's laugh. I really love the way he sticks his tongue out at me when I take his biscuit every morning.

What does Nico smell like you may ask? Well unlike what some people say, he does not smell like corpses! That is a horrible misconception. He smells like old books and rain on pavement. Those two beautiful scents. They fit perfectly into his deep sad eyes that hold so much. Those two scents make Nico, Nico. There is also this lingering scent of just plain soap that follows him. Plain soap nothing fancy, like Dove or something. A fresh clean scent that is just soapy.

Nico's best feature though isn't his scent or his laugh those are tied for second [his smile is in 3rd], it is his ability to make me turn bright red. Because he doesn't ask or prepare me for kisses or hugging or anything like that. He just does it randomly and according to him I turn an adorable shade of pink? He can be the sweetest guy out there if he wants. He is always DTC (down to cuddle) and open for a random kiss. He is just perfect in that aspect.

That in a nutshell is Nico di Angelo, the sweetest son of Hades out there.
