Oh dear… Kishimoto, what are you doing? There's been a ton of fan service in the latest Manga chapter. Although, admittedly Naruto's new sexy technique it very amusing. Sakura's a yaoi fan girl! snicker But something tells me Haku might be turning in his grave right about now…
Anyway, I'll give an explanation of this story at the bottom of the story.

Umino Iruka sighed as he saw the first hand go up. Addressing the student, he gave a tired "What is it?"
The little girl hesitated a moment before speaking. "Why are you wearing that frilly hat?"
Iruka sighed once more. He was indeed wearing a "frilly hat" and looked ridiculous in it. It was a hot pink mob-cap with white lace. He wasn't sure he actually wanted to know where Anko had found the thing…
Seeing the entirety of his class watching him with interest (there's a first time for everything), he opened his mouth to reply. "Once a year, all the jounin get together and kidnap all the chunin and make them wear strange things. And yes, the t-shirt is part of the deal." Here, all eyes turned to the white shirt covered with brightly colored "youthemisms" and rather graphic caricatures (courtesy of Gai and Ibiki, respectively). "Can I get back to teaching, now?" Hearing no response, he turned back to the blackboard.
"Iruka-sensei? What does 'space docking' mean?"
As Iruka fleshed out his plans to mutilate Kakashi for corrupting his students, he couldn't help the thought that flashed through his mind. 'I should really try for jounin one of these days…'
Yes, youthemisms. If you don't know what space docking is, you don't need to know. And I know the story is rather stupid.
Now for the explanations! Every year at my school, the seniors get together and kidnap the freshman from their houses (with their parents' permission, of course). We make them t-shirts, and we can give them hats or something to wear. We bring them to school and have breakfast with them. And tomorrow's the day for my senior class to do it! I'm going to try to stay up all night so I don't have to deal with waking up at four in the morning.
