Untimely

Yuu sprinted towards the door of his dorm and swung it open. He held no concern for the people in the hallways who witnessed the usually composed and organised Class Representative in such a hurry, as he hurriedly bent down and poked his head underneath the edge of the bed, looking for something.

He searched the spaces underneath his pillows, his drawers, his bed sheets—even the dust bin for something which everyone else in the class was astounded by when he told them prior to rushing out of the room.

It was his draft History paper.

It had seemed that he had come up with an epiphany so great that he was desperate to add it to his final copy, but the simple fact that he couldn't recall the flawless wording which he had put the idea when he wrote it sent him into havoc.

After half an hour of searching his bedroom to no avail, he flopped onto his bed and sighed, irritated.

It was a rare occurrence to see Yuu so angry about a matter such as this, but the boys in the gang knew for sure that even though they couldn't see his face from where they stood near the doorway, the Class rep was fuming.

All of a sudden, the boy rose from the bed and started to run around his room again, searching even the depths of his cabinet and the cracks in the walls.

It was then when Koko decided to dig his own grave with the best joke he could come up with.

"…Looks like Yuu's running out of time. Get it? Running?"

The only reply he received from the bespectacled boy was a lamp to the face.

Ruka exhaled deeply at his mind-reader friend's stupidity. "You were asking for it, Koko."

A/N: Yep. Even worse attempt at humor than the last one. Thanks for the support. :)
