Gatomon's Saviour
I thought I was where I was meant to be,
But one glance, one simple smile,
reached the depths of me.
I questioned you,
I questioned him,
I questioned me.
How could I leave?
And Face the Past?
And the future, a new life?
How I caused the suffering, pain, death, and strife.
But I felt as though you knew,
You cared not what I did.
A ray of light that pierced my soul,
and brought out what I hid.
Now I see,
Truth be told,
What treasures friendship hold.
A life that was meant to be.
Me, and my little saviour, Hikari.
