Tony shrugged, "Well actually Gibbs told me" before he went to his desk
Kate raised an eyebrow, "And how comes you knew Gibbs?"
Gibbs shrugged, "I saw it in your purse the other day at the coffee shop"

Gibbs looked away, "Dunno, cause he really likes you" he said knowing Tony could not hear him
Kate sighed, "And you want me to be with Tony?" she asked, feeling as though her heart was being crushed, because she loved Gibbs
Jethro nodded, "He is likes you, I know he is immature sometimes but you deserve happiness, and for you rule 12 no longer exists Katie"
Kate bit her lip, "What if I don't like Tony? Does rule 12 still not exist for me if I love someone else?"
Gibbs nodded, "Yep sure" he said
Kate got really annoyed now, "Oh for god sake Gibbs! I love you! Why can't you love me back?" she practically screamed at him
