"I'll attack with Legion!" The brunet shouted as Seeker, Sing Saver Dragon and Blaster Blade Seeker attacked the Link Joker Vanguard in unison.
"No guard…" The blue haired boy muttered.
After Kai checked his twin drive, Aichi checked for a damage trigger in hopes that he got a heal trigger. He flipped over the top card of his deck revealing a grade two Link Joker.
"I lost," Aichi said angrily as the card landed in the damage zone making it six cards total.
The blue haired boy began to scream in agony as judgment struck him and as Void left his body. After his judgment was over and Void had left, Aichi collapsed.
"Aichi!" the brunet yelled as he ran over to the younger male.
Kai lifted up the blue haired boy and held him in his arms.
Aichi slowly lifted up his azure eyes. "Kai-kun…I'm sorry…"
"Aichi…"
"I won't be coming back…"
The brunet was shocked by his words. "What do you mean!? Aichi you will be coming back!"
"Void has been inside him for too long," Someone spoke up it was Leon. "…Aichi is dying…"
Kai was hurt and angered by his words. "That can't be true! I've had Void inside me for a while and I'm still here!"
"Unlike you Aichi was being controlled!" Leon yelled. "And have you forgotten that he has Psyqualia. His body was too frail to handle both powers…"
Kai turned his head back to Aichi and then back to Leon, tears began to form in his eyes. "…There's got to be a way to save him…"
The blond closed his eyes and turned his head away. "There isn't…This is it for him…"
No. The brunet turned his head back to Aichi.
The dying boy lifted up his hand and touched the older male on the cheek. "It's going to be okay…Kai-kun…"
The brunet touched the blue haired boy's hand that was touching his cheek.
"Ai…Aichi…" The brunet chocked out.
"If it wasn't for you…and Blaster Blade…I wouldn't have gotten this far… Goodbye…Kai-kun…I'll always be with you…as your mate…"
The blue haired boy's arm collapsed and his head fell back. He was gone.
Kai clutched the younger male's body against his chest. Tears flowing down his face. "Aichi! I'll never forget about you… You are truly my mate…my eternal mate…"
