Sharokmon stood tense, ready to pounce on his prey: a weak Veemon. A large fern concealed him from it, his scales perfectly mirroring the exact way the sunlight and shadows hit the fern. Then, with one swift movement, he grabbed the Veemon in the middle of its back. As he snapped its spinal chord, a low rumble could be heard over the usual noise that there was in Sharokmon's home, a rainforest near the Gulch Volcanoes, a ring of active volcano's shaped like this: ). at the center of this stood Mt. Gaal, the tallest one, that was 256 feet tall.
Suddenly, the earth beneath him started to shift! 15 seconds later, what had been a rainforest clearing was now a hill about 25 feet tall standing no more than 9 yards away from the base of Mt. Gaal. Then he saw the worst had happened. The recent earthquakes had made it come out of its recent dormancy and erupt and the lava was headed straight for him.
